I was in need of some running shoes for a half marathon coming up and I wanted to be the most prepared. I came in and received assistance in the most helpful way. Nate was the individual who took care of me during my visit, he personalized my experience by seeing the way I walked/ran on the treadmill and he brought out shoe options for me to pick from and was very knowledgeable on the different types of shoes. Very happy with my purchase!

Alexis was the most patient and knowledgeable sales woman i could ever want. She let me try on over 8 pair of shoes and introduced me to insoles that will help my arch. She knew everything about all the shoes you sold and really helped me find the one that was perfect for me. Thank you for hiring her! Natalie

Had a great experience today. I recently started a new fitness routine and I was in dire need of better shoes. When I walked in, it was clear it had been a busy day. That did not keep me from getting great customer service. The rep who helped me gave me completely individualized attention and brought me out several shoes in several sizes until we found the best ones.He didn't pressure or rush me. He took his time and we found a great new shoe! I did my first workout in them right after I left and my toes were so happy. Thanks for taking the time to help me find an awesome shoe.

The manager Michael is a rock star. He instantly diagnosed my wife’s issues with her shoes and took time during a very busy day to make sure she got the right shoe for her. Highly recommended this location for anyone looking at getting the right advice for their running shoe issues.

i'm just done with this scammy place. just get your shoes online. yet another 300$ visit to the centennial location,, shoes, socks, liner etc. blisters in the first 2 weeks. been going to red rock for years just to support local business but not anymore. waste of money and time. 30 day return is a joke with shoes, another scam, as every consumer knows. fake customer service

I was in need of replacement running shoes. So, Red Rock Running store is my go to for ALL my running shoes. They are so friendly and take such good care of you with all they options they have. If you need running shoes ...... you MUST shop with them. They are very knowledgeable in all things running.

Where do I start?! I have major supination on my left foot. A few days ago, I walked into the Henderson store and was helped by Anthony and Frank. They were more than pleasant and helped me with every possible shoes under the sun. I would up purchasing the New Balance Vongo6. However, after wearing it for 2 days, I developed plantar fasciitis on both feet. I clean up the shoes as beast as I can because they were still brand new and I only wore them on mall carpet.Here's where the kindness turned into "all about the money.." I tried returning it to the store and Cat said she'd refund the money if she could clean it to the point of it looking as if no one had worn it. Unfortunately, since the soles are white, there was no way it was going to look brand new. She then gave me a store credit. I decided to take the shoes back to clean them myself as I had better cleaning product and tools then Cat had.I would up making the shoes look brand new and decided to go to another store to return them (I don't see anything wrong with that). The lady there looked at the shoe and was ready to accept the shoes as it really was super clean as if no one wore them. However, when she went on the computer and saw that it had already been returned, she decided to only issue me a store credit. Anthony - the guy that initially helped me with the shoe purchase, was there and he said he's not going against his fellow employee and would stick to Cat's decision. I explained the entire situation, but it was still a "NO" for money back. I was extremely upset as other retail stores accept returns for the customer's money back. I even told them that I've already tried every shoe they had to offer, so a store credit would do me no good.The one Star is for the initial help. Keep in mind that at Red Rock Running Company, you will never get your money back. Live and Learn! They're not very sympathetic as the reason I was returning the shoes, was because they gave me pain in both feet!

I came in for work shoes, (Hoka's are my favorite) and unfortunately they didn't have any all black ones in my size. Cat brought these out for me to try for sizing purposes and then sold me on them telling me they were limited edition! She was SO Awesome, even switched out the laces for me

My husband needed a new pair shoes for the gym and running shoes. We went to Red Rock Running Company and they reviewed his shoe size, arch supports. He tried on multiple pair of shoes and found two pair that matched his needs.The next day we ran in the Vegas Strong 5K. My husband ran his personal best. His new shoes are his favorite. Great shoes, great service.

I absolutely loved the customer service I received. From making my return a easy flawless one, to selecting a different shoe, ensuring the fit was correct, and making sure I was happy with my new purchase. Staff is not pushy but do show you new items or sale items during that week. Thank you for help as my feet no longer ache during my workouts!

I recently took my son into the store to find some new shoes. I was referred to the centennial store by a neighbor. The staff was helpful as we tried on shoes and then ran on the treadmill. He finally settled in a pair of Brooks. Unfortunately in his first run he had tooMuch pain and had to stop and take off the shoes. He then had to rest fromRunning for two weeks for the injury to repair. We brought the shoes in for a refund since he could not use them. We had attitude from both the clerks behind the counter right away! The olderLady was concerned about not having a phone number connected to the purchase even though we had the receipt. The other clerk went to clean the shoes and then refused the return due to creases in the shoes????? They are in pristine condition no wear at all. But they would not budge and were not even friendly about it. This was a lot ofMoney for him to spend, and he is very frustrated because he still doesn’t have a shoe to train in! The owner of the storeShould redo the customer service training. An awful experience!!

Michael, the store manager, spent a lot of time helping me pick out the perfect shoes for me. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient and courteous. I would definitely recommend this store for your shoe needs.

Service was great! Excellent selection. Expected to pay more for the type of walking shoe I was purchasing. It was nice to have somebody know how to help me pick out my walking shoes and give me several options.
