I've been to this location several times over the past few months. The Staff is. Courteous, helpful ( without asking ) and quick and efficient all managed with a positive and friendly disposition. The store is immaculate and well stocked and I always left with someone saying, " Thank you for coming in to Rebel and have a Good rest of your day or night. That closing for this Customer ( Reviewer ) goes a LONG WAY in a positive business exchange. ?????

Remodel officially over as of 04/28/2022. Grand opening 04/29/2022. 7eleven is the store & Rebel is the fuel brand. This 7eleven is actually one of the nicest 7elevens in the area now. When u walk in you get that new store smell. I really am loving this new 7eleven to the point I'll drive over to this one more often. It's crazy how I'm excited over a new 7eleven but small things really change. Oh and they have a new slurpee machine where u can get lemonade slurpee with different flavor syrup added (see pic)

No receipt available, as no clerk in attendance. Pump says to get receipt from clerk, but no clerk is there. No receipt.

Scrupulous practice. Advertise cash price but not accepting cash. Cashier will issue printed receipt but no one there.

This is a review for the Rebel gas station on St. rose & Eastern. On November the 27th my husband and I went to get gas, I gave the attended a one hundred dollar bill and asked for $40 she said she didn't have change, which is understandable. It was late night. I Asked her if I can put the bill in one of the slot machines, that's when she started being rude. She raise her voice and said, I told you I don't have change! I asked her why the attitude, and that she needed to go to customer service school, she said no, you do. Long story short, I went outside, asked my husband if he had anything smaller, he gave me two twenties. I went back inside, I gave her the 2 twenties and tolde her what pump, she grabbed the money and throw it at me, it fell on the ground. I picked it up, the only thing I said was omg, I think I was in shock , that someone would do that. My husband was walking in as I was walking out, I told him what happened... He walked in and told her 40 on our pump. He walked out, pump our gas. He walked back in to ask her for her corporate #. She played victim and didn't want to give us any information that we asked for. Her name is Teshe. Mrs. Teshe I think you probably had a bad day, and thats ok. But I really think you shouldnt be doing something that involves the interaction with others . You clearly don't know how to treat people.

Hey I have an idea, when a customer fills up his gas tank and spends $50 at your business maybe you should give them free air to fill up their tires when they ask. Otherwise that customer will probably never come back to your shitty gas station because well, there are lots of other options.
