A great very clean place, the owner is super responsive. Being a 24/7 open is a big bonus. Like mentioned before in reviews, it is not a 'look at me' kind of room. Just a very cool work out spot!!!

I find their registration process to be quite time consuming and onerous. I’m really just looking to get in and be able to workout, for being an adult and it being a basic gym I do not feel it is respectful of customers time to have to sit and be lectured at for so long.Update since response: as you can see from his long response he just makes everything way more complicated than needed. He falsely alleges I slandered him in an email which I pasted below so you can see that it is not true. My main complaint is not that I have to file a simple form but that the simple form could not have been presented to me in the 30 min that I sat in his office. Instead he also sent a multiple page email which I missed doing as I assumed that was just backup and the files I filled out in the gym were sufficient as it is with every other gym I have ever been to. (Maybe he explained this and I forgot, but my whole point is why couldn't I just get everything done in the 30 min in his office). Here is my full email that he claims was slanderous:"Maybe it was. Still you talked to me for over 30 min and it does not typically take that long to register for a gym. You very easily during that 30 min could have completed everything so that I didn't need to do anything later. You did not do that because you seem more interested in talking about how awesome you are than doing the one thing the customer wants, to have access to the gym.Your conduct and this note illustrate that you do not respect my time. If you did I would have had access to the gym after our 30 min meeting. I assumed I did have access as that is how any professional businessman that respects my time would handle it. Clearly that is not how you handle it and that's your right. I just feel very disrespected and that you wasted an inordinate amount of my time for no reason. Clearly you do not care."

I highly recommend Rebel Fitness for your workout needs, and Alan(the owner), as your personal trainer. I have to laugh and shake my head every time I come across a bad review....The atmosphere is very friendly and not intimidating in any way. Perfect for someone new to working out around others or just new to working out. Alan is very dedicated to his gym. He keeps it super clean and organized and actually cares about his equipment. Alan is also dedicated to his members. Unlike other gym owners/trainers I have come across, he will go above and beyond to help you reach your goals. He is very knowledgeable of exercise, anatomy, nutrition, supplements, and more! And last, as a woman with 2 daughters who are also members, I feel safe in Alan's gym as he is a no-nonsense kinda guy and will always make sure the women in his gym are safe. Thank you Alan!

I personally found that this particular gym had everything I needed and had 24 hr access which was great. The owner was welcoming, knew me by name and responsive if ever I had an issue and/or question. I also enjoyed that it was never overcrowded or had an overly corporate feel.

I have been a client of Alan for over 10 years. As a personal trainer, he has provided excellent tailored service that has taken me from being able to walk a block to be able to walk miles. From being able to be on the stairmaster for 10 seconds to 20 minutes. Alan is a committed health professional, who cares about his clientele. His gym is clean, well-maintained, and carefully managed. He cares about his clients, and works to ensure that everyone has a good experience while at his gym.

Thank you Rebel Fitness! You guys actually do care about Covid and our health as members! Clean facility with everything I need and most of all with great members that have respect for one another and the equipment. Unlike the negative reviews I'm reading and laughing about from the ones that were ousted because they didn't care and are now trying to blame it on the gym and owner. Losers. Glad you guys are gone (lmbo) because you had no respect for us members and we didn't want you here in the first place! Especially the dude about his t shirt as a mask. OMG your a comedian and you don't know what you're doing either!Alan is a great hands on owner and the place is run with care. Don't believe the negs because they bounce gym to gym and try to overun the floor and damage the gym equipment anyways and then post negs when they don't get thier way. We see you cry babies! LOL!With Covid running rampant, this gym has become members only (reason I'm still here BTW) to avoid all of the sickies from clamoring in and I must say it's way better than LVAC or EOS because of that very reason. Can't see how they are still open and I'll be at Rebel Fitness for a long time!

First thing I'd like to say is the owner is always harrasing the members about damaging his old dinosaur equipment and stead of investing in new and more modern equipment he must not realize that equipment has a useful life period and this equipment is way past that point aslo there are not enough free wieght plates there. The owner operator canceled my membership right after I paid for a year in advance and he refuses to return my emails about my refund. This owner has no life and stays up late at night watching the cameras so he can harass members about not following the rules. When I first signed up there he said he was going to buy more plates for the gym but he never did. I will be reporting him to the better business bureau and filing a small claims for my refund if not recieved in 30 days. Avoid this hole in the wall place at all cost. He treats a world champion natural bodybuilder like I'm some rookie when he doesn't even look like he lifts or trains and he is all out of shape wow what a great example he is for the members Lol

I been a champion bodybuilder 4 over 40 years and I have trained at gyms all over the world and this is by far the worst place I have ever trained. The equipment is really old and worn down, the gym is tiny, hand sanitizer is always empty, the owner is a pain in the butt always leaving notes about taking care of his old equipment instead of replacing this dinosaur equipment but it seems he is to CHEAP to do so. He cancelled my membership right after I paid for a full year in advance and he will not respond to my request for a refund. Avoid this place not worth the money....

Remember to wear a mask when entering or leaving. You can make a mask out of your shirt, but apparently you can’t pull your shirt over your face. Also, you don’t have to put your weights back because they have ladies who will do that for you. That must be why it’s costs more than LVAC.

You have to wear a mask like anywhere else for now . However, you can't use your shirt as a mask, but you can make a mask out of your shirt. Also, they have girls who will put your weights away for you if you are too tired to put them back! Maybe that's why it costs more than LVAC?

Clean, well equipped with good equipment, nice management. Such a refreshing breath of fresh air after the Eos disaster.

Awesome gym and Alan is an awesome hands on owner! Gym is very clean, never crowded and everyone is friendly. I highly recommend this west side, centrally located gym. You won't be disappointed.
