It took longer than we expected. I thought showing up at the time we did, on a holiday, that it wouldn't be too busy. Boy, was I wrong.Getting in house credit took a while.Employees are nice and accommodating but stressed.

My experience at RC Willey in Summerlin was awesome! I did not feel pressured at all to spend more money than I was comfortable spending. My salesperson was super helpful and knowledgeable.

5stars for Jaime Diaz is tenacious but kind saleman. He didn't give up on selling me my washer and dryer. He answered all questions confidently . His approach is gentle , which I enjoyed. We love our Blu GE however when we asked the delivery men to switch the door handles on the washer, they weren't aware that it could be . We contacted Jaime and he was quick to respond. Apologized for the unfortunate misunderstanding & sent out another service man. 1 star for the delievery man !! and 1 star for the returning salesman who stated he showed up but it looked like noone was home so he left. NO CALL and no knock on the door. DAY3 - Andre'a answered and she assisted me to confirm the service was being handled ,friendly over the phone. She is also a great addition to the RC family. Jaime is a wonderful addition to your RC Willey Family and I am confident he IS going to be one of your top salesman. Just get the other ducks in line :) Light and Love ~

I had bought a curio cabinet 7 years ago at RC Willey. During a recent move the insulation strip inside the door came loose. I asked the young gentleman at customer service if they carried the replacement. They did not,but, he suggested he could contact the manufacturer to see if they could replace it. He had to do quite a bit of research but was undaunted. I received a call from him a few days later when he got the reply. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not offer the replacement part. However, I received outstanding customer service from an employee who went the extra mile for a customer. Outstanding!

I ordered a peacock credenza (side table) and offered to take the floor model that day. Of course they said no to my request. Instead, they delivered my sectional couches one month ago WITHOUT the peacock credenza. What happened to the floor model ? It's probably sitting in the managers house. Not only did they not notify me of my credenza being on back order. When it finally arrived two weeks ago, the darn RC Willey employees/movers dropped it at the warehouse. That too is probably sitting in another employees house. I don't often let my 4 year old daughter pick furniture, so when she fell in love with this table with a peacock carved into the panels, I placed the order and she was so excited that she rearranged her room for that table. In fact, I ordered everything one month ahead of the delivery date. Since RC Willey has already delivered the more expensive item, they just blew off the peacock credenza. Now I'm being told that they have no clue when another credenza will be available. They have done this to me before. My advice, do not ever allow them to split up your order or they will mess something up. Now I have to tell my 4 year old that the bad man at RC Willey lied to her. This will be my last order with them. I have many other options when I shop and if I had the slightest idea that they were going to play these games, i would have refused the entire order. I am not a consumer who takes disappointments lightly, especially when it involves my little girl. This is traumatic for her and me both. Only the high priced items get delivered on time. The peacock credenza is the most important piece of this order and RC Willey just lost a lucrative customer over it. I'm still covinced that they delivered the sectional that was sitting on their showroom floor, but they just couldn't let me take the credenza table when they had it sitting by the front desk.
