SERIOUSLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I’m not warning you I’m begging you. I rented a 2018 Nissan Rogue and the car was a lemon!!! Let alone renting it, this car shouldn’t be in the traffic at all. Host didn’t pick up my calls when the car broke down in the middle of nowhere in Nevada. 5 hours later one of the employees called me to check on the car, not on our well being, same as Turo. My mom’s blood pressure went all the way up due to 105F heat outside. Since it became a medical emergency I called an Uber and luckily a Mesquite local picked us up since the pick up location was weird he understood it was an emergency. I’m never renting again from Turo or Raymon Cars again. I documented everything and I’m ready to prove car was faulty and all the misery we’ve been through. Stay away! Please stay away from this host. They will give you broken cars for tiny bit cheaper and it’s so not worth it.

Raymond is very knowledgeable. Especially knowledgeable in Toyota's and Lexus products. Save me money and does a excellent job. Does more than what you pay for. I own a lexus and toyota and bring my cars here for everything. Thanks Ray for being a awesome mechanic and friend.

I found Raymond's auto on a google search months ago to do a straight forward brake job. I have had the car for several years and only 2 other mechanics have ever worked on it. Moving to Vegas recently and searching for a mechanic, this was my test of workmanship and credibility, knowing that I would have other work to be done in the future. The brake job went well and I could see Raymond was an honest guy and has a good staff working for him. Now, for the big job; recently, I had my transmission go out after almost a quarter million miles on the car, and it was time to rebuild... a dreaded and costly expense; but to me, better than buying a new car. Mostly because I am attached to the car and have done alot to it over the years to make it my own. The team had my car for a few days ( I knew was going to be the case), which didn't bother me as I wanted the work done correctly, not necessarily quickly. I can be a hard person to please sometimes. I demand perfection of myself in my business dealings and I expect the same effort and results from others, which is not always a reasonable standard these days, I know. Raymond's Auto Delivered Perfection and I must say I am Impressed. The car runs as smooth, tight and powerful as it did when I drove it home for the first time many years ago. Raymomd even called me the next day to see if I was happy with the service...when does that ever happen...!? Thanks Raymond!

I would not take my car anywhere else for service! Raymond is a MASTER at diagnosing and repairing any problem I've had with my 10 year old car and his fees are more than reasonable. I have been coming here for 6 years and truly trust his ability and experience. He has always been courteous and the service time has been fast. When I leave his shop, I am confident that I am driving a well repaired and SAFE vehicle! Thank you, Raymond!

I didnt even have a chance to get the work done on car before I realized what a lazy, arrogant, rude, disrespectful guy this Raymond was. He didnt even get up out of his seat to look at my car. Just went by what the check engine light test said that one of his guys brought back after hooking it to my car. I told him already what the egnostics test said and he told me normally he charges 160$ to do the test. Any mechanic in vegas runs that for free if u plan on getting the work through them and are serious which I was about fixing the problem. Then after that he tells me that he charges $150 an hour just to figure out the problem and that it could take a couple hours to figure out. Are you kidding me? I told him im not spending three hundred dollars just for him to find out the problem thats unheard of unless its something major. Mine is not it needs a new pcv valve and I even told him that is originally all I needed. Thats when he proceeded to tell me im a real pretty woman and everything but hes not gonna work for free for me. It was so downright insulting I had to walk out bfore I really freaked out on his sorry ass. I will never do business with someone who thinks its ok to make comments like that or to be rude to his customers. He obviously thinks hes worth it, I think not.

I accidentally called Raymond's Auto Service because it came up in response to a search for Las Vegas Saab Repair, which has apparently changed its name, and the local dealer, so I was told did not have a specialized mechanic right now. So, I called and was scheduled straight away, and told that simply turning the service needed light off and fixing the window pinch mechanism could be done--that Raymond's could work on a newer model Saab with these possibly simple (listed in the Manual) operations. What Happened? Raymond was nice enough upon coming in, but I waited for over 1/2 hour until others were done meeting, and for the car, and during this time, Raymond appeared as if he had been unable to wash his shirt for weeks, and smoked like a chimney, and swore like a sailor, almost non-stop (not AT ME), after all this-- the car was given back to me-- and I was told that only the service needed light operation was turned off--that was all they did (other shops had offered to do that FOR FREE), and that he demanded $50 FIFTY DOLLARS on the spot. No estimate had been given, or quote for labor or attempted labor... While he demanded the money (which I had not refused), he continued to swear on the telephone at customer service agents working for a Financial Company, and he did receive some parts for other cars--so apparently repairs of some types on some cars do happen there. He began to start getting hostile... you came to Raymond's and why don't you go to the dealer? I told him, "I am not even arguing with you, and I just gave him the money, even though I knew he was ripping me off--I figure that he needed that money for not doing the repair more than I needed that money to use it to get the car repaired--and so, I decided NOT to repair the anti-pinch function at this time, but just to leave the anti-dog decapitator device as is. So, if you have a SAAB, Raymond's Auto Service = Caveat Emptor! Fool Me ONCE, and HE DID!

I wish that I could leave a zero star review. I just picked up my 2006 Audi after leaving it here for A WEEK and absolutely NOTHING has been done to the car. I called to check in and see what the issue was with the car, it had started making a winding noise, day after day. All he told me was that he had replaced the pump and the car was still making the same sound. He said to drive it for a few days and see what happens.... WTF? What mechanic says that?! I just dropped it off at another mechanic and he says that all they did at this shop was put the WRONG power steering fluid into the power steering pump. The winding sound is much worse than it was before I dropped it off. As well as this, I left one of my daughters car seats inside the car and the entire car now reeks of cigarettes! He smoked inside my Audi with my 9 month olds seat in the car! I HATE THIS PLACE. Do not take your car here. Ever.

I can only write about my experience as limited as it is. Raymond was this older Italian guy who was very courteous to me. His employee Matt was efficient and clean. They were the only shop who that I contacted that would replace a side mirror for me without forcing me to buy the part through them. I already had the part but I needed a professional to take the door panel off without breaking it. The entire process took only 15 minutes for them and charged me standard labor charge. He was fair and up front with me and I felt he gave me exactly what I requested without any con job. I only put 4 stars because I did not have any major work done, but I plan to bring my other car in to check the transmission and see how that goes.

NEVER EVER COME HERE!!! Save yourself the terrible and go somewhere else! You can mark this place off your list to not come here. Scam auto guy here! My sister's car broke down and took her car here because of her dumb boyfriend said to. Her engine is completely dead and the guy started to take everything apart...even parts there was unnecessary. This guy tried to corner her into repairing a used engine for $7000, which we could have went to a dealership for a brand new one for a little bit more than that. We denied to the repair and he went to my mother's work place to scream at her for not agreeing to the repair. Uhhh...who does that?!?!? How ridiculously unprofessional is this?? He charged my sister to diagnose the car, which is normal...we never asked him to take anything apart...which he did it on his own to try to corner us in paying for his crappy service and charged us to put the parts back together. Wait a second...he charged us to put the parts back together...? He didn't even put it back together!!! He stole two of our axles...and the alternator...and he stole a bunch of little parts, from nuts and screws!!! We found out after we took it to another repair shop. They said it's really weird that we have missing parts of to the car. Engine is dead, what does that have anything to do with the axles and the alternator? o.O Whoever is in charge of the auto repair industry definitely need to shut this place down to save other innocent victims out there!!! It's expensive to repair cars and we don't need a guy like this who scams people.

An auto repair nightmare. They repaired the air conditioning on my truck which was blowing hot air. I pick up the vehicle and paid for the repairs and by the time I got home it was blowing hot air again. Took the truck back and waited another 3 days. Started the truck to go home and the air was not working before I could pull out of the parking lot. So they took the truck to dealership and one week later I picked it up and paid dealer for a new computer. Long story short - paid Raymond's for A/C repair that did not work, paid dealer for a new computer that decided to fail while at Raymond's, then took to another auto repair company and finally got my A/C working.

I've had many, many repairs (timing belt, power steering pump, secondary water pump, axle, coil, + more) done by Raymond's Auto so I consider myself to be an expert reviewer. Here is the bottom line: Raymond is like the Italian version of Yoda from Star Wars. He's a guru of Euro car repair but he offers no fluff or BS. Yes his office is a little dirty but his shop is clean and his repairs are done at an awesome price, much lower than the dealer and they are are done quickly and correctly. You can find repairs for a bit less elsewhere but without the 45 years of experience he has and without the quality. I drive an Audi A6 Quattro Bi-Turbo and will will always take it to Raymond. I recommend you do as well!

Terrible service. My car came back with heavy smoke coming from the exhaust, which it had never done before. Overcharged on guess work. Oil never changed but charged for. Run, run as fast as you can from this crook!
