I maxed out my IRA and instead of recording it on my taxes , she put a sticky note that said , “ I don’t know what this is “. She didn’t even call me to ask what it was. I even told her it was a after tax IRA. Never go there again. I have to pay someone else to get two years amended.

The lady that answered the phone is completely rude. Very over the top. You are not allowed to ask any questions without being insulted and basically told won't get help. This company can go down for like here

Over charged us for a simple e-file, then didn't even e-file the return! 4 weeks later we call to check since it's website didn't show it filed the old guy at the front was SO RUDE and told my husband to go somewhere else if he didn't like the service! No apology for his incompetence and absolutely NO follow through from the lady Jennifer that supposedly "filed our taxes"..worst $500 ever spent!!! Do NOT GO TO RAINBOW TAX SERVICE!!! Jennifer took our money but didn't complete the task. Insane! What a rip off!!! More like RAINBOW SCAM SERVICE!!

I have gone here for years and not only are they super knowledgeable, but it is a much faster and more comfortable experience then any of the large chain places. I have been through several other companies and locations and nothing even close to this place.
