Well. I couldn't say at least but I actually like coming here, especially for my mom who finds the perfect outfit and jewelry for our party events. Cheap and worth the money.

I wouldn't even give them a star. We went to shop at this location yesterday (3-2-24), because of the wind (I believe) the power in the store kept going off and while in the line trying to check out the power went off again and the manager went to lock the door(which was understandable.) Since the power went off and came back on it messed up their cash register and it would take 15-20 minutes to bring back up(which we couldn't stay until it came back up) I asked if we could place the items on hold to come back to get them. We were told yes and I asked if the system still down would our items be okay we was told yes yes yes. We came back like an 1 to 1 1/2 hours later, only to be told through the door by an associate that they were closed, we waited because we seen other customers go to the door and was given more communication than us, so we walked back and seen the manager n I yelled through the door that we had items on hold we want and was told that they would be save. While we were walking away an associate put a sign on the door saying (system down store is closed). I called that same day at 6pm no answer, so I did not go back up there. I called today 3-3-24 to ask about my items and was cut off and was told we only hold items for the end of the day, I told her that I only put the items on hold because they power kept going off and the system was down n i couldn't wait and when I came back the store was still closed and I asked the manager n was told it's okay and I called later that same day she again cut me off and said the same thing and said they were only closed for 30 minutes I said your incorrect you all were closed later than that, but I see and I hung up. I usually do not come to this location because the associates are very rude and be annoyed when you ask them for help. Just know I will not be back to this location again.

I came on my hour lunch to grab a few things and I was late coming because I was in line for 22 minutes and there was only 1 person ahead of me. Then when I get up there the lady didn’t know how to do military discount which is fine but I had to wait for the store manager I’m guessing to complete the transaction with another customer. She made she told the lady to not give me my discount on the discounted items but didn’t make sure she called for help to the front . Then customer she was helping even said she could wait and she could help me because it was ridiculous but she said no. Very unprofessional. Military discounts shouldn’t be looked down upon either. One of her employees finally asked if should could help and she said “if you want” so it’s probably tension there . Definitely need to get it together .

Bought a pair of shorts there went to wear them and the zipper was broken. Unable to find the receipt, when called the store to see if they could look up my purchase any other way was told unable to return merchandise because it was broken. Even it it was broken when I bought it. ANY Rainbow location will never get business from me again

It's such a shame that everyone takes the time to downgrade and complain about bad customer service and no one takes the time to praise good service when due. And that is why I want to take the time out of my busy schedule to compliment two amazing employees Hilda and Evelyn and their awesome manager Cristal. These young ladies are professional, friendly and so helpful. And Cristal always goes above and beyond. I think it's so cool how they know me by my first name and always make me feel so welcome. Cristal runs a tight ship. Keep up the great job girls.

I always take my mother to shop at this location everytime we come in we get awesome customers service the store manager is a sweet heart and very kind,the store looks amazing and clean compare to years ago.The staff always go beyond to assist my mother .Go Rainbow on getting better staff that cares!
