Make sure you check the services they say they completed. Paperwork says they rotated my tires and adjusted them to the correct psi, which was a lie. Now I’m concerned if they even actually changed my oil or just said that they did.

Super nice job today by Brandon in the parts area. I went by the dealership to order some touch up paint, but Brandon checked the inventory against my VIN and found a match!!! In and out in 5 minutes with touch up paint in hand!!! Well Done !!!

Today we met Ryan Burdick in the service department. We had an absolute excellent experience with service today. I see this is in contrast to most other reviews. Ryan was very personal and professional. I see he works with his heart and his mind, only looking out for the customer's interest. No attempt to upsell just a straight shooter.. Good advise is request to work with Ryan when you go to Gaudin Ford.

This place is crap! Ford vehicles are crap! Do not buy a Ford. So many problems with my 2021 Ford Expedition. No dealership cares. And they hate warranty work because it's not profitable for them. If you still feel like you want pain and suffering in your life, then buy a Ford. Oh, and don't bother with the extended warranty. If they don't care about fixing your car with the 36,000 mile/3 year bumper to bumper warranty, then you're just wasting your money on all things Ford. Ford you make me sick. And the service writers at this place are terrible. The customer service is non-existent. Ugh, it pisses me off that this place and the Ford company itself truly doesn't give a rat's butt. So done with this place and Ford!!!

Customer service in the service department is subpar. Jose was our service writer . After dropping off our vehicle for a vehicle recall I also had a few issues that I had wanted them to look at. The vehicle is a 2020 explorer, we carry the premium care extended warranty. When I talked to Jose on Monday he explained that any of the other issues I had could be charged an hour of diagnostic at $200 a piece. I told him that that was not acceptable to me until I found out what our warranty would cover I asked him and he said he would look into it. No call Tuesday from him , on Wednesday I called and was told it was being looked at currently and should be good. Thursday I received a call advising that my rear shocks were back order and I could pick up the vehicle until it arrives as my rental kicker wasn't able to be used because no loaners are available, 20 minutes later I get a text saying that's wrong and it was the recalled (rear bolts broken on Drivetrain, pretty important but okay to drive home until parts arrive? )on item that was on back order and that my shocks were not covered and diagnostic fee would have to be paid. He then let me know in order to let me know if an item was covered he would have to charge me for a diagnostic fee and there was nothing further he could do . If customer service is important to you don't get service here. Will not be back again

Went in to look at a new Mustang Mach E. First thing I asked before the year drive is if it qualified for the film $7500 tax rebate. Sales guy said he thought so and shocked checked with another guy up front and he said "it should." Test drove the car, really liked it. Sat down to run numbers. Now, with cars, I do research and run my own number ahead of time. I knew what my trade in was worth and what I would pay for the difference. Now, I'm not sure if this is a new thing dealers are doing, but for my trade in, they keep telling you the value 'after tax savings' (on the trade in). So I'm trying to run my numbers (which they know I'm doing) based on the wrong number. Then I start researching a little more about the tax rebate, and find out the car only qualifies for the $3750 rebate, not the film $7500. Law on the rebate amount had changed 6 months prior and they were acting like they didn't know it, and let me believe I would be getting the full 7,500 rebate. Some once I looked it up to confirm that it only qualified for half the rebate, we were now off by about $3,000 on the deal. But that number got bigger because they were giving me my trade-in value after the tax rebate instead of the actual trade-in value for my car. So the sales guy says "What if we could go up to $31,000 on your trade-in?" (I think we were at 29k). So I said if they could do that that would make things really close. So he disappears for a few minutes and comes back with the sales manager, who shows me a new number sheet where my trade value actually went down instead of up. So I told him the previous guy mentioned going up to 31K for my trade-in and he just flat out said, "No, we can't do that." So my wife and I got up and left and of course as we're leaving there telling us how much they really want our business. I called back about an hour later to check again about the trade value and see if they were willing to go up or come down on the price of the car at all, and he told me he'd get back to me the next day to talk to the used car guy. He never called me back the next day so I ended up calling again and when he finally heard back from the car guy, the value of my trade went down again. So not only are they terrible at negotiating (whole I was working to lower my asks, like in an actual negotiation, their deal kept getting worse instead of better). They were also willing to let me think I was getting the full $7,500 rebate until I call them on it and then they were like, oh yeah it only qualifies for the $3750. I had also asked them how much the EV battery would cost replace after 8 years, and they didn't want to give me an answer. But I had looked it up and people were paying over $20,000 for a new battery. I ultimately ended up buying a hybrid of a different make and model from a different place because I definitely didn't trust this place. Their whole sales tactics were shady and creepy, And it was like every stereotype of bad car dealers that you hear about all the different tricks and lies they pull.

Future potential buyers should be aware.. If you purchase a rental rider on an extended warranty through Ford - don't expect a rental if you need one.. On 1-22-24 my service writer told me there were no rentals available and that there were four people ahead on the list.. Doesn't factor in that I spent several hundred dollars on this rental rider. Your SOL! #2 Be careful when the service writer tells you that your diagnostic fees will be covered under your extended warranty when they find the problem.. I spend three hundred dollars on this fee and the technician couldn't find the problem. I left the dealership only to have the problem reoccur on the way home.. Called the service advisor to inform him of the problem. I was advised to let the vehicle fail on the road and to capture video while it occurred.

Terrible! They had our truck for 6 days to finally say we needed a $6k repair. Took to another Ford dealer and it was just a sensor for $550! I would NOT recommend this place! I think they make commissions on service repairs so they want to charge you anything they can

I would never recommend this dealership. the dealers are nice and give great customer service. everything else is very disappointing. they would promise me a loaner car due to the fact that my bronco is my only auto. I went back 4 times in a 5 month span to get a rear defrost wire fixed. The service department is the worst. The attitude they give is unbelievable. It seems they hate the job and they don't want to fix anything in a timely manner. They promise one thing and they do another. One tech said the job can be done in a day and another needed a whole week to even touch my bronco. I am very disappointed in this dealership. I would never recommend getting any warranties or maintenance plan from them. Please go somewhere else with your time and money. try another dealership.

I purchased a 2022 Ford Mustang GT Premium from Gaudin Ford in September 2022. They didn't have the car that I originally wanted, so I asked if I could design the car that I wanted on their computer and have it shipped. After spending time designing what I wanted, the salesman Ramiro and his manager asked me what they could do to get me to purchase one of the cars off of the lot. I informed them that I wanted a car that looked like the one I designed, and they said they would make the one I test drove look similar. With one of the cars on the lot, they put a racing stripe, a spoiler, tinted windows, after-market alarm, and black rims on it. I paid approximately $5k more than if I had just ordered the car that I wanted with all of the above included. Everything that was swapped out, they took back possession of. When I went into the Finance office, I spoke with a representative who told me about all of the warranties that I could get. I purchased every warranty possible to make sure my car would always be taken care of if anything happened to it. I was told if there was ever ANYTHING wrong with my vehicle, it would get in that day and be fixed right away (THAT WAS A LIE!) I was told I didn't have to make appointments for Service and that I could get in the day I brought it (THAT WAS A LIE!) I didn't have a pleasant time in the Finance office. I had to bring the car back the next day to have the windows tinted, and some of the items put on it to make it look like the car that I had designed. I was pushed/pressured to take the car off of the lot, even though I had to bring it back the next day, and I had a second vehicle. Purchasing the car was NOT a pleasant experience. When I got the survey that Ramiro said would come to me about purchasing the vehicle, I filled it out and was honest. I gave Ramiro praise and told how unhappy I was with the Finance department. The next time I came in, Ramiro was being super nice to me in front of people. When he got me alone by the "Bronco" department, he told me he was upset with the survey that I filled out and he called me, "MISERABLE". He said it a few times and then gave me attitude and dismissed me. I was shocked, considering that I put $15k cash down on my car new car and I didn't have a pleasant experience. I spoke to a "Manager" about what Ramiro did and he made Ramiro apologize to me. Ramiro came up to me and apologized; and told me he was just upset with me because I didn't give an ALL positive review on my survey. PART 1 OF MY REVIEW

Sales people 3 star Dealership 2.5 stars Flexibility with customers. 3 stars Overall they are the same as you see on the internet, they are a business and need to make money. The problems is the way they make it. If the car market goes to Sh+! I wouldn't shed a tear. We over pay because we want to, and they stay in business because we let them.

Absolutely stay away from this dealership. Was having an issue with my Ford Expedition not shifting out of park. We are visiting from out of state and risked not being able to shift the car into drive every time we parked. We arrived at 7am when the dealer service opened and 2 cars were in front of us. Advisor approached and asked if we had an appointment. Said no, and explained the problem. His answer was without an appointment, he couldn't help us at all. We explained that this was a safety issue, and risked getting stranded if we parked and couldn't get it into gear. If we were in the middle of the desert, that could be a problem. He walked us inside to speak to someone else. A Lady working the desk just looked at us and said no one from transmission could see us and basically had a F' off attitude. Told us, try the other ford dealerships because Gaudin is only appts. No offers for upcoming appointment times or days. No offers for a temporary solution to get home, or ideas to manually shift to drive..... just a bug off attitude. They probably just want to do the easy oil changes just to make a quick buck. Stay away if you have any issues with your Ford.

I'm very disappointed and appalled with the tactics of car dealerships all over the Las Vegas Valley and unfortunately Gaudin Ford has drawn more attention to this. My review in no way has any reflections on the employees in the Parts Department. All the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and have zero control over Managements decisions, so kudos to all of Employees. Earlier this week I called the parts department at Gaudin Ford and asked if they had a Radiator Coolant Reservoir Tank in stock because the one on my sons car developed a crack, which by the way, I found out is extremely common because it's made from plastic and unfortunately the hot coolant, after time, causes it to crack and leak. While I was on hold, the Employee checked stock and said yes they have one in stock and would I also need a cap with that. Great suggestion and I appreciate him reminding me of this. It was 5pm in the evening and the register for payment in the Parts Department closes at 5:30pm. I told him I would not be able to make it in time to pick the part up that evening. He said it was no problem, that he would place the parts in "Will Call" and I could stop by anytime the next day to pay for them. I asked how much did parts cost. He said "the Reservoir Tank costs $129 and the Radiator Cap was $40, $169 + $14.36 tax equaled $183.36." As I hung up I thought to myself, geez that's a little expensive for a plastic tank and cap so when I got home that evening I went online to FordParts.com which directed me to Gaudin Ford Parts Dept to order those parts since Gaudin was the closet Dealership to my address. When my search for those parts came up, I about feel over! The cost online for the Coolant Reservoir Tank was only $37.80 and the Plastic Cap was $19.50 + $4.81 tax equaling $62.11. The price AT the Dealership Counter was 3x that amount of the online price...unbelievable!! I went ahead and purchased the parts online. The confirmation said the parts were in stock and all I needed to do was head to the Dealership in the morning to pick them up. When I gave my purchase order to the Employee at the counter, he said "we're out of those parts due to the last ones being purchased last night and placed in "Will Call" for another customer so I'll have to order these for you". I giggled a little and asked " Are the parts being held for me by chance" to which I gave him my name. He pulled the order up and said with a surprised look "Actually yes, they are for you"! I replied "please cancel that Will Call order and I'll just take them with me since I've already paid for them". I then asked him why is there such a huge difference in the online price vs the in Dealership price. He said he wasn't sure but he sees it all the time. So from my perspective, it seems if you purchase parts AT Gaudin Ford, Management somehow has decided they kind of got you and can charge 3x the amount for the convenience of you being right there at the Dealership...I guess? Either way, in person or online, it shouldn't matter! NO Dealership should gouge customers, loyal customers or not, like this just because you're at the Dealership or dealing directly with the Dealership!! I've lived in Vegas all of my 58 years. My family and I have purchased many vehicles, parts and had service done at Gaudin Ford, which was owned by Gary's father, Don Ackerman to which I and my family had much respect for. Don always treated us well, kinda like family and was GRATEFUL for our business which made us GRATEFUL to do business with him. I even purchased my first car from Gaudin Ford in 1982 when Gaudin Ford was located near my home on E Sahara at Burnham Avenue. Anyway, I'm disappointed with these very shady tactics indeed and unfortunately I will rethink my decision about using Gaudin Ford for my vehicle Parts, Service or Purchases in the future...

Had to purchase a used car for my son. Working with Gaudin Ford was really easy, I was able to get a great value for a certified used car. Igor was the best salesman! He was so easy to deal with, no high pressure sales tactics. Really had a great experience! All the other dealerships I worked with were awful and wanted me to come sit at the dealership for hours with the promise of "your favorite Starbucks drink" I just had surgery and didn't want to spend hours in an uncomfortable dealership and get upsold to financing a new car. Thank you Gaudin Ford and Igor for making this an easy experience! We also love the car!!
