Impersonal and challenging for seniors which are probably their largest customer base. No one available to ask questions. It's pathetic. It appears their bottom line is more important than customer support/service. Don't forget to make sure your name is on the board after sign-in. If not, good luck getting someone to help you with that.

I came early here for blood tests because online it says they are open. But I arrived and the office people said quest diagnostic is closed for Martin Luther King day which was not reflected online.

This location is where I bring mom for testing. The staff are amazing. The reason for two stars is that their check in process is anti-older patients. The system is not simple. The system is not easy to read. The system is not easy to follow. The system is TOO LONG.Mom has me to navigate this darned computer system. Some clients have a hard time completing the check-in process. I’m tired of “not getting paid to assist these awesome seniors.” Some lab attendants are nice, others just want to go to lunch. Ef this system, it stinks!

My husband had an appointment today and was unable to check in using the kiosk. Unfortunately, there is no one there to help, so what are people supposed to do if the kiosk is broken??????

Don't trust the online check-in, I scheduled for 11:00 the system lost my reservation and I have been sitting here for an hour and a half to get basic blood work done.Correction, I have now been waiting two hours and the staff are rude.Updated, just walked out!

I came in with a 10:45 appointment. I Waited until 12:20 minutes to be seen AFTER I told them about the one-hour glucose test. They called me in to take blood and told me I should have already taken the liquid. DUHHH! I TRIED to tell them. I'm annoyed. I have to wait an extra hour due to them being incompetent. So, I have been fasting and can't eat until I get this done. I'm upset. Had I gotten the liquid when I got here like I wanted, I wouldn't still be waiting.

This location is convenient for me. Staff is nice & accommodating. Phlebotomists are experienced and I've had no issues with bruising from not being able to find a vein. This will always be my first choice when I need lab work done.

This location is very convenient. Inside the medical building and on the second floor. Decent size waiting room. Best to go online to schedule an appointment. Did not have to wait to long. Tech was very gentle.

Super impressed with how quick the service was. Catherine was Incredible. She is so kind, friendly and welcoming. My daughter and I were grateful for her hospitality. Highly Recommend this location. The team is GREAT.

Don't go here if you actually want your labs done. Apparently they now only take southwest medicine patients. Although this is not noted anywhere on the website. So unprofessional.
