If I could give zero stars I would. I went to Quay a week ago with my daughter. The employee at the store was extremely rude to me and did not bother to greet me. She was an older woman. She bent over to grab a pair of sunglasses I asked for and I could not believe my eyes! How disturbing, I nearly saw half her bum sticking out of her skirt. I don't believe I will ever return to this location again.

Let me start by saying, I am not an avid yelper but after my experience here today, I felt compelled to give a shout out on a job well done. I've been a customer of quay since they became mainstream. So I always like to go in and check out the new styles. Today I went in and loved the new bling collection and fell in love with a couple pairs. Angelica was so sweet in helping me!!! She showed me how to earn more points to give me extra money off so I could buy both the pairs I wanted. She took her time and was so very kind and genuine. Quay is lucky to have her working for them. I highly recommend this location and if you're lucky Angelica will be working. Thank you Angelica!!

The lady who helped me was friendly, funny and found me some charming sunglasses that fit my face beautifully. I'm so happy I came across this store. I had no idea Quay Sunglasses had actual stores!?

I just walked into the store I’m an African American female. The white cashier looked me dead in the eye didn’t say a word she watched me search for glasses and didn’t help not once. A white couple walks in and she knows how to talk….Greets them Hi Guys welcome!! Pathetic and distasteful….writing corporate.

The employees here are very friendly and helpful. I've had an incident where I purchased a mini high key shades and the lens popped off after a few days. I called and was able to swap them out for a brand new pair.
