Great service and very friendly. My car is running soooo smooth now. Its hard to find a good mechanic you can trust. I think I hit the jackpot with this auto shop. I definitely recommend this auto shop. I'm a Marine Corps Vet so if your a Veteran looking for a good shop you can trust, this would be the shop. I know all too well about Veterans getting scammed by auto shops (including myself) but not with this auto shop. My car feels safe here.Services: Transmission

Replaced the alternator. So far so good.. 5/19 Took my car there today for them to check out why it was over heating. They ran a diagnostic and it was the battery. No charge. Thank goodness.

I came here after booking appointment, the front desk guy made me wait for 45 mins and gave bad responses each time i asked when they could take a look at my vehicle.So guys if you guys are coming here to check anything, put a leave application at work. I dropped my car off a week before Thanksgiving because my clutch went out on my car on December 6th they said it was done went there to pick it up not sure what the mechanic did to it but he broke more parts on my car thermostat, the power steering after I paid over 1600 for it they kept my car till December 26 because they said they would fix what they broke but didn't . The owner told us to come get the car the clutch don't shift right I have no power steering not safe to drive and the owner won't even answer my call or if he does he will hang up. That's how he makes things right with his customers

My car repair took longer than quoted, and was then returned to me with missing parts! This included hardware from A/C lines, and the large plastic guard beneath the engine. These were things that upset me, but I could live with it. Now I'm pissed......these guys installed the upper radiator hose incorrectly. It rubbed against the serpentine belt, causing a major coolant leak and engine overheat. I won't go back.

I went here about a month ago after a break down, and while they weren't able to fix the issue because it was a recall problem, they were super helpful and I was pleased with the service. Fast forward to 1 week ago, when my AC comp died, I took it back to this shop and there was an entirely new crew. This time I met Sam and his lovely gf who works in the office. There were some hiccups with parts and my AC took a little longer than promised, But Sam made sure I was happy and taken care of. They provided me rides to the house and back and even offered to take me to and from work when my car wasn't ready! The AC runs beautifully and I was again super pleased with the service I received. Then, because I can't catch a break, yesterday my vehicle would not start after I finished shopping and had a car full of groceries. I called Sam just to get advice and he said "i'll be right there"! He came to me at the store, got me started then followed me back to the shop and tested everything. Turns out the desert is not kind to batteries... After the issue was diagnosed I was able to get to auto zone and get a new battery. This is what I call 'above and beyond'! He did not have to go out of his way to take care of me like that and I am seriously grateful. It is for this reason I will continue to bring my business to this shop. The service is outstanding and Sam is awesome. To the owner: take good care of this mechanic, he's worth it!Service: Air conditioning

This hurts me a little. Two years ago I had these guys replace motor mounts on my Honda and I returned for bearings on the same van because they did a good job. I don't know if the price was great, each job was 1500 bucks, but the staff was pleasant and I thought the work was solid. Last week I parked my cars at their business to bring my same van to One Stop Auto which is next door. They share the same building and the same parking lot. This new owner/manager that was fielding calls and complaints for Quality Star was rude to my wife and I and then asked us to move our cars from the parking lot when we were there less than 10 minutes to bring the van to One Stop Auto next door. Keep in mind the businesses share a parking lot without assigned spots and there were at least 10 free spots for other customers. Additionally, I overheard the same employee from Quality Star profanely complain about his own customers which I thought was rude and inappropriate. I won't be going back to them for business.

They were nice, friendly, fast and super professional. Topped off all of my fluids and was in and out in less than a hour. I definitely recommend everyone to go to these guys!

My 14 year old car was fixed on time, as promised and at the price quoted with no surprises. Janna was able to get me in last minute. Communication was awesome. When they said they'd call back, they did. Ron gave me the pros and cons of my repairs and even offered up alternatives with other businesses. I appreciate the honesty, courtesy and professionalism.

ROCK STARS!!! I work in Hailey, ID at a Repair Facility there and we have a customer with a Sprinter who had a mechanical break down out of town and Quality Star went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of and back on the road, quickly and efficiently!! So grateful for them as well as my customer. :) THANK YOU!!

Went here to get a wheel alignment, brought it here at 9am and time passes it's 1:30 and still no call after Ron the front desk said they would give me a call back and let me know. I call them and they say they're still doing the alignment, another hour passes and I call again and they say they can't do the alignment because the car is too low. Such a waste of my time, and very unprofessional. Went to Firestone after that and they did my alignment within 1 hour of taking it there. Don't recommend this place at all

I broke down and had AAA tow me, they brough me here as an AAA approved site. Ron did a diagnostic and quote very efficiently. Parts were ordered, starter motor and 3 serpentine belts replaced, fast professional service. Later that night my check engine light came on so I returned back here a few days later, prior commitment prevented next day return but I called to advise Ron. He could not have been more helpful or easier to work with. Upon my return and subsequent inspection, it turned out that a sensor was loose and it was adjusted and the check engine light was satisfied and cleared -at no further expense to me. This was huge for me and will earn Quality Star all my future business.Services: General repairs & maintenance
