If it wasn't for the price I wouldn't have driven out of my way . The owner needs to just stay home . And bring the coupon . He doesn't do anything from an app.

Took my 2012 fj cruiser in for a full tune up and paid nearly $1000. Services were to include new spark plugs and coil boots, flushing and replacing my brake fluid, transmission fluid, power steering fluid , change all of my filters , and a full synthetic oil change. I am religious about my cars maintenance and ensure I due my maintenance services on time and I’ve never had a check engine light. I typically take my car to a mechanic I’ve been with for years but I was in a time crunch and purrfect auto is right by my house so I figured I’d give them a try since tubes are a very common service. A week after my tune up I was driving home from work and my check engine light went off. I woke up the next morning and my car start up hard/shaking violently . I found a spark plug coil boot rolling around my engine bay. I went back to purrfect auto to address the issue. Turns out I had a cylinder 2 misfire / code p0302. They told me to leave the car and they would investigate the issue. They told me it could have been a defected spark plug but were unable to identify the exact cause of the misfire. I didn’t trust them anymore so I took my car to a different mechanic. Turns out there were a number of issues. All of my spark plugs were gapped incorrectly at .47 . Toyota calls for the denso spark plugs to be gapped between .39-.43 which was one of main I had the misfire as cylinder 2 spark plug was grossly gapped incorrectly. I had all my fluids inspected and they did not change the brake fluid. Ironically I was also missing the fender liners on both sides of front wheel wells. When I asked about this the manager said he’d ask the tech who worked on car and he came back with a reply of “I don’t know” and if I order a new set that they would install them for me. How did I come with fender liners on but leave with them off? After the full inspection by my normal mechanic , I went back to h-tech to address the issues with the owner… of course he was on “vacation” until July 8th. It’s been over 2 weeks and nobody has called to follow up on the issues. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company as I can almost ensure perfect auto will not take accountability for the issues they created.turns out I wasn’t the only person that’s had similar issues as a co-worker of mine dumped 6k into correcting issues at pufffect auto that get arising after they would fix/correct another. Pictures below… last 2 pictures were from the inspection by my normal mechanic.

I always get quality service at this location and I can trust them for a fair price for parts and labor. I’ve gotten oil changes, minor repairs, smog check, and other auto maintenance done here. I almost exclusively come here for those services.
Mondays are busy due to leftover work from the weekend. For a short wait, come in near opening on another weekday ??

Fast and affordable. They didn't charge me for anything extra or push any other services on me. Just a quick, honest mechanic. Jetta Thunberg rides again

I love this place. The prices are very fair, the staff are extremely patient and explain stuff clearly in a way that is honest and never patronizing. I've sent other people here too and they all say the same thing. Great little shop.

Scammers! They didn’t put all the bolts in the caliber. I had to get a second opinion to dispute the charges of what Purrfect Auto didn’t do. The 2nd opinion said that my back wheels were going to fall off because they didn’t install or replace anything they charged me for. Lied to my bank that i had a warranty and should’ve came back to have them re-fix it. But when I picked my vehicle the first time it was still making noise and all my sensor lights were on (because they didn’t replace the brake pad yet I was charged) and when the guy went to put the car back in the garage, he popped my tire. Then they tried to charge me for a replacement car while they fixed it. Smh. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR GO TO PURREFCT AUTO AGAIN. THEY ARE ANYTHING BUT PERFECT. SCAMMERS!

Came in to ask about an oil change, was told to wait to be seen, waited 15 minutes. Another customer walked up to the counter and was seen immediately by the guy who had me waiting.
