Horrible service! I don't write reviews but in this case, I wanted to do it. On 12/29/23 I bought a geek bar pulse with 15k puffs. On 12/30/23 the eliquid indicator dropped to 13 and on 12/31/23 it was down to 0. I came into the store and Salamon was working. I tried to explain that there is something wrong with the bar and I wanted another one. He refused to exchange or refund. He was so rude it was shocking! I will never shop there again.ru

I bought a product that was defective from the manufacture. I did not think that the shop would exchange it, because I did not have a receipt. When I returned the next day, the clerk was very helpful and exchanged the product for me. I definitely recommend this shop.

I called to see if they had a specific product in stock and the woman who answered the phone was polite and helpful, and they had the product I needed in stock so that was another plus:)

Great shop amazing prices I went in to grab a new simple bong to get the job done and ended up walking out with a percolated and honeycombed bong for less then I had initially intended on buying! Love this place can’t wait to return for my next purchase

Called to ask about an item potentially in stock or if was carried.Asked ahead of time if they were busy, got a rude response - I'm talking to you, aren't I?I proceeded to ask my questions rather then drive all across town trying to find what I am looking for.The man wasn't willing to look up what I was talking about online, a 5 second Google search, whereas other stores have gone above and beyond to try and help me find what I'm looking for, even though they couldn't help.I haven't done business here, just homework to see but I will definitely never be doing business here now.Best of luck to you all but this place will be far from my places of doing business.

Came in this morning to get some papers and tips. I asked the guy if he had vibe papers because they also had cookie products. Tells me that raw papers was previously owned by Berner therefore they're the same. Also tells me too ''look it up''. Well here you are, Josh Kesselman is the founder of RAW papers not Berner. Please educate yourself on your products before spreading misinformation to the community you sell too.
