I was quite impressed with this facility when I had to have a mammogram done again on the right side due to a "spot" that was discovered. The technician made me feel at ease, when they also had to do a sonogram on the right side as well. They also called me when the results came in to tell me that everything was fine. Professional and classy!

I had a neck MRI and was referred to visit Pueblo Medical Imaging which was my very first time and I have to say EVERYONE was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. I’m so petrified when It comes to MRI’S but if it weren’t for having Brenda & Jasmine I’m not too sure how it would’ve ended up…so Thank You both for making me feel so comfortable and so relaxed.

Worst customer service they do not have communication with each other one person said one thing the other one changed the whole story it’s an emergency and they do not resolve people at the front desk have the worst customer service ever

The employees up here are so rude just hang up on you dont ask if u need help with anything else. Worst customer service this location and rancho and charleston never want to come back again

Being in hild for 18 minutes then get hung up on is absolutely unacceptable. The business needs to hire more people to answer phone's amd if you hang up on someone it is YOUR responsibility to call them back. I was on hold for another 9 minutes when I called back. Staff ypur office appropriately!!!

Humans Gold Clients Beware.
They will try to charge you a copay. When I got back I called Humana, they got the charge reversed. Humana and I called together. They basically said, we just charge it. That is against their agreement with Humana. We are going to stick with Desert Radiology.

Wife scheduled for sedated MRI this morning. She called yesterday to confirm that everything was good to go the next morning, explained that she is a diabetic, and it is difficult to fast. Asked if they had insurance approval. "No, but it won't be a problem, we will get it before you come in tomorrow.". Didn't tell her that all sedated MRI are done at the Rainbow Bl. office. So, after showing up early, we were sent to the Rainbow office (no one said anything about this, even when my wife called them yesterday to confirm). As we pull in (now 10 mins late), we get a call saying that she would have to reschedule as "her" insurance had not yet approved the procedure.Not sure this was an example of their avarice or incompetent staffing. We will find another place for her MRI. Wow. ?

Before today’s visit, 2009 was my last visit to Pueblo Medical Imaging. It was no specific reason I stopped going to their facilities other than, by God’s grace I require little to no medical services; other than my yearly mammogram.Today I had my annual mammogram and Hannah the technician was excellent. She was concerned about my pain level and ensured she got very good images the first time.Having very dense breast can be a challenge when you have that plastic pressing against your breast and your armpits.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My experience from walking into the facility was very positive.I appreciate the expedient care, the customer service and professionalism I experienced during my visit. Thank you Hannah and Pueblo Medical Imaging!

I recently visited the Rainbow location for an MRI.I arrived 5 minutes early for a 6:00 p.m. appointment. The staff were very nice and professional. I was apprehensive because of some of the negative reviews but most of those reviews complained about not being seen when they were late arrivals. As I suspected, get there on time and then you won't have any issues!

I had a diagnostic mammogram and sonogram at the Lake Mead location. Very nice and professional techs for both. I was called to schedule an appointment the same day they received my referral and got me in within a week. I called to get a copy of the results and they put it in the mail the same day. Everyone I dealt with was nice and friendly. There was a very short waiting time after checking in.I am really impressed with PMI.
