So far, very pleased. Rates seem typical, but competitive enough. Customer Service was great! He answered all my questions and explained everything very clearly and added details in areas I should have asked about. I appreciate that most of all.

Worse customer service. Way to try to keep your customers happy by understanding their needs. Not willing to work with me on my contract. Want a crazy amount of money to cancel service that i'm not even using. Just bad customer service when you wont work with your customers.

I have tried to cancel for over one year! They continue to bill me and they do not send emails to verify the cancellation. BBB is my next call.
