Installation costs were double and triple from other local companies contacted. Kept suggestion things I did not want or ask for in my request. Made no equipment suggestions. Clearly did not read the request and respond appropriately.

I made an appointment with them for an in-home estimate. They never showed up and never called me back. I guess I'll be doing business with another company - lol!

We were referred here by our builder Pinnacle Homes as a subcontractor for our new home-they are the low voltage contractor. Alan was incredibly amazing to work with and was very knowledgeable. He was able to figure out what we needed, never pressured us and never tried to oversell us but definitely gave us recommendations especially since he knew pinnacle homes. He was an AMAZING vendor to work with. We opted to pre wire majority of our things and after we close on our house and settle in we will add all the fun speakers and gadgets. I highly recommend progressive for your low volt needs like speakers, prewire, internet, cat6 to name a few of what we are doing with them. Thank you!!!!!

I just tried to contact Progressive Home by telephone; it's apparent they are now out of business and have closed their doors due to some kind of an "unexpected event". The following is a message I got as an automatic reply to an email I sent to them today: It is with great sadness that after 20 years in business, Progressive Home has officially closed its doors and ceased all business due to an unexpected event. It has been a great honor to have served you for all of your home technology needs. At this time, I am happy to announce that Progressive Home has officially transferred all business operations to EDG (Entertainment Design Group). EDG is very similar to Progressive Home in so may ways. They have over 16+ years of custom and residential experience and are recognized throughout the AV industry as Elite Elan Dealers of Southern Nevada. If you need to add an overall smart system to your home which works seamlessly, then I would definitely recommend The Progressive Home team! They did a fantastic job installing an alarm system, video cameras, thermostat system, smart door locks, which are all controlled all by my iPhone. They also installed a Denon receiver system and surround sound speakers! The progressive team, Curtis, Brad, and Hector, worked flawlessly together and quickly had my system up and running. This process began with Kory's terrific presentation of the systems available to me and this was a huge help in determining what System I wanted. I certainly will recommend them to family and friends!

I have put off this review for so long, simply due to the worry of my own security. But I have fully bypassed the system installed by Progressive so I feel obligated to write a review. Long story short, Do not purchase wired systems that require 150$ home service every time something goes wrong. With all the new technology, I feel used to have paid what I did for tech I can't modify myself at all. For 1/5th the price I have upgraded my system and had to disconnect almost everything this company installed. Really wish American West didn't abuse the "inside family service" when purchasing my home by suggesting this companies products. If I had the choice to do it over I would have not at all used American West (Now Out Of Business, and in Joint Lawsuit for building errors) or Progressive. The details around this are so frustrating I don't even want to write this post or even go into more details. The point of this post is to warn you that's their OMNI System is not serviceable by you, so if anything goes wrong or changes (such as even your Wifi router, Internet Service, Alarm, Cameras ECT... it's 150$ to have someone come out and review it) Yes they have tried to and have helped me numerous times over the phone to save that 150$ but I'm tech savvy and those phone calls where the most confusing headache ever.

From start to finish, Progressive Home was superb. Very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. Able to fully explain exactly what I needed in my new construction home. We had our house wired for an alarm system, and we needed our wires toned for alarm system installation. Kurt's was our technician, and man, you can tell he has been doing this for years. Extremely friendly and a wealth of knowledge. He was able to assist with our wiring in record time. Will definitely be using them for future wiring and technical needs. Highly recommend.

I approached Kory and team to renovate my downstairs game room into my dream home theater. Their design and installation team did a fanatic job with this project from start to finish. Kory was always there making sure everything was done right and on time. I couldn't imagine this dream becoming a reality but Progressive Home made that happen! Will definitely continue using them for future projects and will be recommending them to anyone who is in need for their help. Some before and after pictures attached. Best AV company out here in Las Vegas hands down!

Progressive installed our security cameras around our home and has been there for us whenever we had questions or problems. Initially we wanted to install those Costco security camera systems since it was cheaper, but Progressive persuaded us to use them instead. As they pointed out they would be there for us if we had issues with the connection or if a camera weren't bad. They stood by their promise and has always been there to help us troubleshoot camera issues and settings. When we call them, someone will over the phone assist or they will send a technician out. I'm so glad we went with Progressive.

Where do I start?? From start to finish, these guys are top notch. Not only do they know their stuff, but the time they spent to work through all options and provide guidance was much appreciated. They came a couple of times for a full surround sound install, including speakers on our patio. We even asked them to mount three large TVs last minute and they made it happen! Special thanks to Kory for his amazing customer service and for always making himself available for our questions and concerns. I highly recommend these guys!!!

We were looking for a company to take over and complete our new home automation job, including a security system, cameras, and home theater. Pinnacle Homes recommended Progressive Home. We contacted them, spoke to Kory and he met us out at our new home. This recommendation turned out to be an outstanding one.
