Absolutely Loved this store! They make you feel welcomed and not judgmental like the other Prada store. The young man that assisted me was very friendly and helped me chose my new bag! Great Customer Service!

This was my first time going into Prada knowing I wanted to walk out with a new handbag (my first Prada). We immediately met Gabby. I showed her what bags I was interested in. She showed me all the bags I wanted to see but also showed me another bag that was more versatile with what I was looking for. She showed me every option on how to wear it and would explain why she loved that specific bag. She was patient and very kind and even helped me pick out a matching wallet! She walked me out after my purchase and said if I ever needed anything to reach out to her. Great customer service! Thank you Gabby!

I was in Las Vegas a few weeks ago, looking for the “chocolate” loafers.I wanted to treat myself on something for heading back to work (I am a teacher). I was a bit nervous to enter. However, once I did, I was automatically greeted by security and was then assisted by Desmond. Desmond, made me feel so comfortable and was very knowledgeable. By far the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you so much Desmond! I really appreciate you and all that you did for me. I love my shoes. Definitely check out this location, everyone.

Had such a wonderful time when we visited the Prada store at Crystals in Las Vegas. Colleen and Shu were extremely gracious and attentive to our shopping needs. They made the experience a memorable one. Thank you again for your help. We will definitely come again! ?

Ask for Rey if you ever stop by. He has seriously went above and beyond to help me get a new wallet for my father's birthday gift. He made my group feel incredibly welcomed, gave us a tour of the entire store, made sure to answer all of our questions, and is honestly the sweetest sales associate I've ever met. He never pressured us to buy anything, and he had such great knowledge of the products. He helped us find the product we were looking for, and he was such a joy.

My wife was interested in a specific bag we had saw in London and decided to visit the store. Gabi greeted us and could not have been more helpful and accommodating, she was a credit to herself and Prada as a company. She took the time to show us the options available and discuss what my wife was looking for. We decided we were best buying in the UK but, if it weren't for Gabi, I don't believe we would have decided on that specific bagThankyou Gabi

It's such a shame that a prestigious brand have employees such as the nasty-no manners- full of himself employee. This review is in regards to my 2/22/23 experience at 7:30 PM. I want a manager to address this and fire this person.I came in with the intention of buying sunglasses and a bag but I wanted to show my husband first. This black gay guy (whatever his name is - everyone in that store who worked that shift knows who I'm talking about) I did research on the models I wanted and was set on the Prada symbole PR17WS but I wasn't sure of the color and that's why I was trying it on. I asked this ill mannered employee if I could try the white ones and he just pointed at it. He then proceeded to ridicule me as if I'm stupid. He said it's there hahahahhaa right in front of you. He laughed and laughed instead of helping me - the sunglasses were stacked looking outward so there was no way for me to know which model is which. His demeanor was so sarcastic and degrading and he felt superior to his customers. Such a crap of a person! I always shop at Prada but you are why loyal customers never go back!!!!

So had the best experience here. Right away I walked in a told the worker I could NOT AFFORD ANYTHING but Prada is my favorite brand and they were like OMG let me give you the tour. They took me up each floor and showed me all the new releases and let me take my time in awwww of everything. They were so sweet to me and understood that I had never been to a Prada store and just wanted to experience it.Thank you.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you have to have prada shop online. They are extremely condescending and degrading. Thanks for reminding my why I hate shopping at Prada. Don’t spend your money here!!

I purchased a wallet from the store and it was sent from Beverly Hills to My home since the Las Vegas location did not have it. When I tried to return it to the store they said I had to ship it back to the Beverly Hills store and they could not take it back. With a high end item and a high end store you would think it would be very easy and would want to make each person happy especially in today's economy. The manager that helped was rude and arrogant and offered no assistance. The location in Las Vegas where this occurred was that the crystals shops.

DO NOT shop here! If anything find what you want and buy it online. The sales guy was cool as hell no problems there but he told me the return policy is “two weeks”. So I went back to houston and returned my sunglasses within a week and NeVER received my money back. I emailed the sales guy… no response. Two months later I go to my local saks to have them reach out and apparently the product was just sitting there at this Vegas store for TWO months without being processed. THEN to make it worse the sales guy left out the detail that in order to get a refund he will need me to text him my entire credit card info including exp date and security code. Like .. how is this a luxury brand store?! NEVER again shopping here
