Not a good experience at all. I've used postnet all across the country for PO Box, they have always been courteous and put a note in your box a month prior to it coming up for renewal, plus they call you to remind you. NOT this location, they never informed me, tried calling them they don't return calls. Not professional at all, I will NOT ever be using this location for future business.

Excellent customer service!
I had an odd circumstance with out of state mailing and an organization mailing to PostNet instead of my personal address. Jim went above and beyond to help me and saved me days of driving and frustration.
Would highly recommend!

why did I spend almost $4 to send a letter?! Lol honestly, I don't remember it being that expensive for a stamp and to mail a letter. I just came here cause it was a convenient place near my house and I needed to mail something out. This place doesn't have many good ratings so I thought I'd give it a chance. The people here however are pretty nice and helped me right away. They offer other services as well, but not sure if I'd come here again because of how expensive it is.

Went to Post Net S Houghton location. I had out of town family shipping package back home. They had 1 picture 50×36 a smaller picture that was framed going to Seattle. One large package to Colorado and one package with 6 waters gobblers about 150 yrs old ( family heirloom). David Lute (owner) took great care in packing each box and providing the best shipping price possible. They were shipped out On a Monday and everyone review thier package in perfect condition. We had a large order that took time, but he greeted everyone who walked in the door. If it was a quick request he helped them. He didn't make anyone wait. Great customer service. Another employee came in to assist and service was smooth sailing. Thus post Net will be my go to for my shipping. Great job David.

Be careful with this store, it's dishonest, watch out for their minimum spend at checkout.

Drove all the way here and they are closed. What a pathetic business to have random hours. Sign on door says 9am. All over the internet THEY have posted 8am.

Place was super empty and now I know why. My GPS accidentally took me here and I assumed it was a chain so I went in just to print up a piece of paper. No color not even a full page. Nothing special Just black ink one sheet piece of paper. At the post net I usually go to it's like 45-55 cents can't remember but it's realistic. This place charges $1.50!?!?!?!?!!!!! $1.50 to print ONE PIECE OF PAPER??? TOTAL RIP OFF. I will NEVER BE BACK.

Pros: * there's an older gentleman here that I've seen a few times. I believe he's the owner. He's helped me ship an item via fed ex and even helped me cut down the box to the correct size, and securely packed it with packing peanuts. * it's conveniently located near Albertsons and residential areas, so if you need to mail out items you can easily drop off items here before grocery shopping to get your errands done quickly. Cons: as other have stated, the price is rather high. A few days ago my mom and I went to the post office located inside of the Sinclair's gas station on the corner of Windmill and Rainbow, but their printer was broken. We came over here as I've come before. It's closer and would have been way less busy than the Westridge USPS location on Russell. He charged us $28 for a priority envelope which would usually cost $7.95 at a regular USPS site. At this point we desperately needed to send the package so we just paid the cost. As a matter of convenience in driving distance and speed, it worked for us. This place will be awesome for you if you prepay your items through the mail company website and just need to drop off.

THEN an unauthorized payment of $14.99 to seal the deal, BUT wait. that $14.99 (plus .99) is for a "TRY BEFORE YOU BUY" AND THE ear pods are sent to you.

My go-to place for all my mailing needs. Great customer service, short wait times, most days. They've been open through-out this whole Covid period. The store is clean and their services are exceptional. Just watch out for careless drivers if you're backing out directly from the front of the door. I've almost been hit a few times.

I've been coming to this location since it's opened. Please support small businesses. The Liaos family works hard and does amazing work.
