I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Postal Annex, largely because of Jessica’s rude and unprofessional behavior. As it was my first time in the store, I asked where certain items were located, and her responses were rude and unhelpful. Thankfully, the gentleman working alongside her was polite and stepped in to assist. However, Jessica’s attitude left such a negative impression that I wouldn’t recommend this location to others based on this interaction alone. I truly hope Postal Annex will take steps to improve their customer service standards.

Omg I was sooo stressed SOOO stressed about getting my passport renewed. I did everything in 10-15 minutes with Jessica and Sean. They are SO friendly, helpful and accommodating. I couldn’t have had a better experience… SERIOUSLY! Thankyou guys for all of your help and fun conversation! I will be back for other services!! ❤️

Horrible business. Answers the phone like they are doing you a favor by picking up and then has an attitude when you ask basic questions about their services. AVOID this place unless you like speaking to passive aggressive cranks.

Great service! I've had a mailbox with Postal Annex for a little over three years. They are in a great location and their prices are affordable. I like that they offer many other services as well.
It's unfortunate that someone was using one of their mailboxes to scam people, but this company is definitely NOT a scam. Google needs to update their information.

I’ve had a mailbox here for the past 12 years and every time I come in They are always ready and willing to take care of whatever you need as far as postal shipping or products they have great customer service so happy I am fortunate enough to have found a great business like this would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a mailbox or postal needs. Thank you guys for doing such a great job.

These people are extremely nasty and lack any shred of customer service. So when you rent a mailbox at your local Mailboxes Etc, UPS Store or something comparable, you can call before hand and check to see if you have mail. Not here apparently, Doing so will cut into their lazy sit down time! The woman in there will lie to you and tell you they have a store full of customers and can’t check for you. No biggie. But wait outside the store one day like I did today make that same call and wait for her to tell you that same lie! The unprofessionalism comes in when you walk in the store and catch this same woman talking nastily about you to the FedEx guy oblivious to who you are! Then ask her..Where are all those customers? Watch her jaw drop as she prepares to get defensive and aggressive with all the reasons she doesn’t have to check your mailbox from the phone. Don’t do business with these liars!The Fat guy isn’t much better.If you refuse to give even a fair amount of customer service because you don’t know me or like me, It’s time to take my money elsewhere.Be careful they give me a really prejudiced vibe people!

Love this location! Unfortunately the reviews don't accurately reflect their good service (apparently a scam mailing was sent from somewhere else with this address as the return address). I've always had great experiences, and it serves as an excellent one-stop shop. I've used the mailbox service, printing, notary, and shippiing. Never had an issue. Sean is professional and knows all the regular customers, giving the location a hometown feel. Would recommend!

Same as the others... spam e-mail yet doesn't go to spam. MY ADVICE TO ALL VICTIMS OF THIS IS TO GO DIRECTLY TO THE FBI WEBSITE (MAKE SURE IT'S THE CORRECT ONE!) AND SUBMIT A "TIP". Do not go to the emails recommended by this company "just in case" ... ALWAYS BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY. If they're really under attack (as MANY ppl & companies are) please don't take it personal... just BE DILIGENT!!!
