If you read most of the negative reviews, the complaints actually have nothing to do with this actual store. Reminds me a little of when people freak out on the cashier when something rings up wrong. Take these complaints with a grain of salt. I’ve only had great experiences from the employees here and love that there aren’t usually any lines.

I was willing to overlook the negative reviews, because I was looking to receive a package, but . . . Per their website they offered “package receiving for a nominal fee” or you could rent a mail box. I called and was put on hold for 13 min, OK maybe they were busy. I hung up and called back, the man who answered on the first ring both times ! When I asked about the package receiving service said that they did if you had a mailbox, that there was paperwork that needed to be “filed”, I have no problem with that; I read him what his website stated and he said it needs to be updated, he said the only way was to get a mail box, I said then there is NO package receiving ? I’ll only be in the area for maybe 2 - 3 weeks at the most and don’t want to pay out for a numerous months mailbox, I was so aggravated at his attitude that I didn’t ask if there was a weekly or monthly mail box rental. Sooo I guess he has enough business that he doesn’t need mine ! even for the nominal fee for a few packages.

I have had the best experience with the owner as well as his mother who also helps run the business. They have always been very kind to me, and ask how I am doing. I don't have any issues. I have a P.O. Box here as well, and to me the price is well worth it. You can pay for 6 months all at once, or to have a p.o. box for a year; but either way, they are both very helpful and friendly and make me feel welcome. When my packages are delivered I never had a issue, and I have also used them to have mail sent out. I can honestly say I have not had a issue with that here as well!! I have now been a customer of theirs for almost 3 years now. No complaints.

Went into the store the first time today to mail packages. I asked if their rates were the same as the post office. #21556 said yes, however they were more expensive than what I regularly pay. The male employee said he did not know the rates as he "just worked there", he was so very rude and unprofessional right from the beginning! I would caution you not to go there. Now I'm not even sure my packages will be delivered! I m regretting trying this new location for my business. Their web site says they are affiliated with USPS but I believe this is false advertising. Beware!!!!

dropped off a dhl package week ago today i check status. according to DHL not picked up not called to pick up, I call office say was picked up which conflicts with dhl. within an hour magic happens it is picked up . i called again , we don't get paid for pick ups and it was picked up last week hmm. not buying it. won't use them again.. integrity counts. judge for youself......

We paid for 2 day delivery. Receipt said delivery on Sunday 5/23. Checked website on Monday, showed no activity. Went to store, the man at counter (is also owner) checked website & agreed it didn’t look right. Said he would check with fedex when he came in. Took our number, said he would call back! Did not hear back so we called. He said not regular fed ex driver so would check another day. We checked website that night & lo & behold, now movement. It literally took 10 days to be delivered. This man lied to our face that package was picked up on 5/21, day we dropped at his store but no activity until after we complained 3 days later on following Monday. Do not recommend this place. He always acts like we are inconveniencing him when we walk in to do business. Stay clear of this place.

I use their services for faxing and sending packages. Today I had a very important fax to send and the line was. busy.Linda took the papers and I had to leave and sh tried it until it went through. I cannot thank her enough. What a kind service I highly recommend this business. Located near Sun City on Lake Mead near Sun City. Much betterI than other similar businesses nearby.

Unfortunately there is a lack of interest and service at this location. I wonder if the owner is aware of how much of a deterrent the man who works there is. He acts like he can’t wait for you to leave. Sad

I mailed a package and paid extra for certain delivery date.4 days later it still was there .I checked back with the gentleman at Postal Etc.The gentlemen was not helpful. Said ineex to check with post officr.
