I rented a box from this place. The reason I chose this place was because of the 24/access and the 9-5 regular business hrs. This allowed my Amazon prime to deliver during business hours, and I’d pick up at any time during the day or night. Since I am a flight attendant, doing chores at midnight is very common.Well… all of a sudden the lady opening and closing the store every day, got sick. She went to the hospital, and business hrs. changed to M-F 1-5 pm ONLY.Amazon couldn’t deliver because when they came the store was closed. USPS could deliver either. I wentTo talk to the owner in person.OMYGoshWith all due respect, this cranky old man didn’t reason with me AT ALL. Close minded to everything. I showed him the emails I received telling me that delivery was not accomplished, and my merchandise was being returned to the merchant. There was NO way to make him reason. He did not care. He only argued and gave me a terrible unprofessional mediocre attitude.Do NOT use services from this business. Customer Service is the worse I’ve seen. Any, and I mean ANY issue you may have with your mail, they wash their hands and do not care about you, or your mail. Very egocentric way to do business. Thank God for google reviews.

Do not rent a P O box here. Staff regularly unavailable to accept packages and there absence couses delayed delivery. Completely undependable. Defeats the entire reason to have a box.

Have nothing but good things to say about this service. I have been a mailbox client for several years and travel extensively. I've never had any problem having my mail reach me where ever I might be. It's a very simple, straightforward service without the bells, whistles and extra fees of many of the newer virtual mail boxes. Max and his team provide good, consistent service at a fair price that you can always count on.

I've used their services 3 or 4 times, and every time they've done the job but something could be better. Namely, either cost or expediency. Expediency: pay attention to their pickup times. Because they're not a high volume outlet, if you need to drop off a FedEx or similar and get it on the way, you may want to go to a bigger FedEx center. I had a FedEx that didn't go out for a number of days due to weekend + holiday. To their credit, they did accurately tell me when it would go out. Cost: I get it that as a private business, they have some markup over postal prices. But every time, I've felt really ripped off. The first time, it was a smallish box-- like around 7"x9"x6"-- and not very heavy. I had it all packaged up. I was expecting it to be around $12 in postage. They charged me $19. Most recently, I had a 6x9 padded envelope, containing two small candy bars. (Gourmet, present for someone, small in size... each weighing no more than a standard Kit Kat.) I said: "just mail this first class." The man immediately slapped a Priority Mail tracking sticker on it-- NOT what I asked for, and more expensive. And it made it harder to change my mind about shipping it with them once he rang it up and gave me the total-- $9.60. I paid it but noted to self that I won't be using this place again. Where they get a star back is convenience. There's hardly ever a line like you might get at the regular post office; they have PO boxes if you need that. I'm all about supporting small and local businesses but on no planet anywhere does it seem reasonable to charge ten bucks to send two small candy bars.

Lady who works here was very helpful. We had some heavy items to ship home and she helped us find a box and gave us advice on what best to do with the items. Great service!
