I've been using Pool Chlor for over 15 years for just my chemicals. They are always on time and very professional to deal with. They always return my calls promptly and I've never had any problems with their service. The come twice a week and my pool water is always very clean & algae free. Their price has increased over the past 2 years, but just like everything else they have to make a decent living. Stan P

I've been a customer for over 30 years, it was great until the last few years when they started coming every other week, they've raised their prices and now I get less service, my pool stays green most of the time, I can't even see the bottom. I've checked with other pool service companies, and they all say you need service once a week during the summer. I'm shopping for a new service if anyone can recommend one.

I wish i could post a picture of all the green algae in my pool. The only thing I pay them for is chemical control of my pool! It is so bad I'm not sure I can ever get it out! Can't see the pool bottom. We can only swim the first 3 to 4 days aft er r they treat then the algae is so bad no one can swim wihout getting sick!

The property management of the home I rent uses them and they are the worst water is always cloudy PH level is always high they don't the chemicals you need ,just dump tablets and shock they are trash

CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION Yes another horrible review for this pathetic excuse for a pool cleaning company. They don't check levels, they don't clean pool and they actually put a huge scratch in my truck. If you want your children getting sick from toxic chemicals this is the pool company for you. Hired another pool company and when they checked our pool levels that this company had supposedly been managing they were at toxic levels! For the love of god stay away from this pathetic excuse of a pool cleaning company

Unresponsive...When they can't clean a filter for 4 weeks that's a problem. Especially, when they tell you it's a maybe week after week. He was simply too busy to fit me in. Not customer service. In all fairness, Brett (chemical person) was fine with adding chemicals but kept me guessing on what type of schedule he had me on. It was a newly re-surfaced pool and I started getting calcium ring build-up within 2- weeks after I had had the tiles and rocks bead-blasted. Too many people are involved in doing very simple pool services. I don't like leaving my gates open guessing when and who is going to show up. I quit after a couple of weeks.
