Jacobo did a home call to help me with my monstera today. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did he help repot my plant, he also taught me a lot along the way. I definitely recommend Plant Haven. Not only do they know what they're doing, but you can tell they love doing it. Support local with this amazing small business!

This place is a plant lovers paradise. The staff is welcoming & knowledgeable. Even if you don't buy anything, they'll give u pointers, ideas & advice on ur plants. They rock at everything green and the place makes you feel good or even better if ur down. Go to shop. Go to get a boost of endorphins. Go to learn. Go to explore. U will go back again and again... promise!

one of the best plant shops i’ve been to! good energy, beautiful location, and perfect plants! needless to say i love shopping for my plants here but their hand mixed soil is absolute gold for all my plants and only $10 a bag! they also offer reporting services which i most recently utilized. jacobo is the sweetest and so patient with all of our million questions we have as newer plant parents. couldn’t recommend this shop more! ?

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE...... came here from N.C. so friendly, great atmosphere. The plants were so healthy I thought they were fake.... Amazing, it's a must visit!

I went in one day and instantly loved the energy of the atmosphere. I met Jacobo and he answered all 20 something questions I had with patience & a smile. On top of the beautiful store and superb customer service, Jacobo informed me that they make house calls. I took him up on the offer and was in contact with their associate on Instagram. They were quick with responses and made me feel comfortable to have someone come to my home. Jacobo came to my home fully equipped and ready to work. He educated myself & my partner on our plant set up & gave me the tools needed to be even more confident as a plant mom. I had a monstera that was sun burnt (because i‘m new to Vegas heat/sun) and Jacobo turned my 1 struggling to survive Monstera plant into 4 and they are THRIVING!! I recommend this establishment.

This is a cute plant store located on the 2nd floor of The Container Park. Most of the plants looked vibrant and healthy. There were a couple of wilted ones... but it's Vegas so that's to be expected. The prices were reasonable - which means more than you'd pay at large chain stores, but totally normal for a small, cute & quaint shop. I got a cute plant propagation glass jar with baby bamboo plants. It's going to be perfect for propagating plants like pothos!The woman at the store was friendly, eager to help when I asked questions, and she had a kind vibe!I would be happy to go again. It is clear that it is a small business started by someone who truly loves plants!I would love to see this store grow bigger! More plants is always a plus!

This review is for the owner/s only. The woman who helped me was very kind. I bought a plant for $55 but had to come back to pick it up because I was on a bike that day. It took me 4 days to come back and get it. While I was there to pick it up I saw a plant I preferred that wasn't there the first time. It was $43. I wasn't even asking for a refund on the difference but only to swap out the plants. I would've taken the $12 hit but the owner insisted it was policy to not swap out plants "after a certain amount of time per their policy".I mean ultimately it's ok because the original plant is great it was just very bizarre that they would act so unreasonable and petty over something so simple. It would've made me a loyal customer and get an extra 20%.

guy helping my mom and i was very condescending when asked about certain plants, felt like we were just bothering him and we decided to not buy anything. also majority of the plants there were a lot more pricey than majority of the plant shops i frequent. last few times i was there there was a rly nice girl who was rly helpful and sweet but the guy working there just seemed like he wanted to prove that he knew more than us. going to stick with botany and rooting for you :) the energy of plant haven is terrible

Love this plant shop! I came here on a friend date with my fellow plant lover. It's located on the second floor in Container Park on the right side as you walk in a bit. It's so cute and perfectly situated. There's a cute sitting area right outside which I appreciated. Plant shopping can be tiring when you're tempted to buy the whole store lol. I'm a mom of 5 beautiful pothos which I took from one clipping a few years back, so I told myself I would just look around in this store and not get anything... I left with 3 plants lol. They told me they needed a home, how could I say no. I ended up getting a "string of pearls" which need a bit of TLC and it'll be back to beautiful in no time. I also got a Pilea Peperomioides which had a few new babies growing in!! My third new baby was a Peperomia Ginny which also had a few new babies growing in, but also a few little mites living in the soil. No big deal about the mites, nothing a little neem oil couldn't fix. Just be sure to check the soil before purchasing in case you don't have neem oil, or little bugs freak you out. I love the variety of plants they provide, and there are also a few plant care books available for sale. They also have paws on the plants that are "pet friendly" meaning your pet won't have major issues if they ingest the plants. The prices are very reasonable compared to other plant shops. They also offer repotting, diagnostics, local delivery, and leaf pruning and shine services at very reasonable prices. Matthew was working when we went there and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the plants we purchased and had a lot of great tips. I will definitely utilize their services in tips for my new babies! Love this shop, highly recommend!

Cute small shop with many plants to see. Ranging from common to uncommon houseplants. They set you up for success with their essentials as well. Great place for beginner and advanced plant parents. I found this beautiful silver sword philodendron (named them Geralt of Rivia) and for a great price.

Beautiful place looking in and around... the plants look lovely, and the place seems to be well lit. Some days you can experience a family value there with the husband, wife, and there toddlers filling the place with joy...what a haven....

Very overpriced and the woman helping me seemed like she thought she was better than me and was really condescending. I’ll stick to Star Nursery and the farmers market for my plants and succulents.
