Horrible half fasted sloppy job of a car wash, very dissapointed...nothing was whiped down and there is dust on my steering wheel still..had to go home and wash my car over again ... plus it took them almost an hour, while I'm dying in the hot vegas heat waiting. Not a fun experience. Will not be back

employees either dont use their brain or tried to scam us, my husband wanted to pump 45 on gas and gave them 100 in cash, she gave back 45 and assumed he used his card so she supposedly put the rest of the money in his card, yet he didnt use his card.

Updating my prior review. I wrote that as I was waiting for my car. After waiting an hour, finally drove it away and noticed the windows were so smudged. I notice they use the same towel for every car. Worst car was ever and I paid $25

Went to the pit stop car wash at the cactus ave location for the first time for a $10 car wash. While In the wash one of their roller started to make this loud noise and snapped my driver side mirror off. My passenger and I was like what on earth was this loud noise?? I felt very unsafe while in this car wash. I notified their manager about the incident. They said they were not responsible for damages to vehicle that are older than ten years old. Yet this happened on their property. Ultimately they are responsible. Doesn't matter if they have a sign that says they are not responsible for any damages. They said nobody else's mirror broke, there for they are not responsible. This is my truck that babied all my life and has been in my family since new. I do not recommend anyone to use their business as they are unsafe and don't take accountability. I told they manager if you and your corporate arnt taking responsibility At least refund me the cost of my wash. He tried to offer a free wash. I'm thinking are you kidding me? I will not take any car through there ever again. By the way I saw their workers scrub the wheels of others people's vehicles in front me with the scrubber then continuing to scrub the body panels of their car. Same with mine. That itself is a no go. That's how you contaminate dirt back to the paint and etching them. I want them to replace my mirror.

I live very close (17 yrs in this area) and loved when it first opened. Even had passes for all my cars. Asked the guys drying off why they don’t wipe wheels down on ultra wash like they used to and their response ;“Mgr gets on us for taking too long!” He said literally takes an extra minute but he watches us to be sure we don’t do it even when no one is waiting.I always tip well and having run companies for years, it is sad to hear that any manager would think taking shortcuts helps your long term bottom line. Feel sorry for the hard working kids out there as it hurts them and encourages them to do a less than quality job which is a horrible life lesson. Need to either retrain the Mgr or promote someone else.

The Bad service Ever wait more then 20 minutos for them to clean my car , I paid 20 dollars and they don’t even Vacuum mu car , wen I ask they said I paid for exteriors only 20$ ???? Managmet Bad ? ? he call me Chip because I cuestión why they did not vacuum ?????????????????? not coming back to this place for sure

Absolutely the rudest people that I have ever encountered. I have had a number of encounters with rude employees at this business. The First time that I went to the car wash to get my truck washed. I paid $28 and purchased a monthly unlimited plan. The place wasn't real busy and a young man was drying my truck off. 35 minutes went by and I noticed nobody was even in my truck. The young man that was drying my truck off originally was working on another small car with another person. I walked up to him And asked who was going to finish my truck And his reply was that he was going to. I asked him why he was not working on mine And he told me it was too big and that nobody wanted to dry it off. I asked who his manager was and his reply to me was go F yourself if you are going to be that way. . I was completely shocked an a on duty manager named J.. He went over to the young man and confronted him as he walked away he bumped knuckles. I was kind of confused by that. He got somebody else to continue to dry off and finish my truck. I was sitting at the table and the young man that originally told me to go F myself walks up to me and calls me an a hole. John had to come over and get the kid away from me. Couple of days later I stopped by to talk to the manager Ian and let him know what happened and his reply to me was that corporate was handling it.I am curious if they ever knew anything about it.I never heard back from him. Week later I stop by and seen that the young man was still working there. I then asked John to make sure that he didn't get around my truck while I was there. On another occasion the clerk on the inside of the store who was a young man . After purchasing my drink and realizing I didn't have cash for a tip. I set a $10 bill on the counter and asked for change. He gave me the change and says to me the next time I better hand him the money. I asked for his name and he wouldn't tell me. Another occasion oh and on several other. Customers find themselves waiting at the window while the car wash clerk who is also the Person who originally takes you into the car wash. 10 cars backed up and No one working on the vehicle that's first in line to get washed. No one in site. The clerk eventually comes up to me and looks as frustrated as I am. I again asked John why Isn't anybody working on the cars in front of us. He basically just told me to roll my window up. So today was the icing on the cake.I had another incident with John. After getting my car washed today I got out of my truck and checked If it was complete I seen that the whole front end was not even dried off. I asked the young man for a towel and he handed me the towel. I was drying it off and wiping it off and John approached me again and Says that they will get it and I replied obviously not because I am doing it. His reply to me was that you cannot use our towels to dry off the car washed and I paid for. He had two or three people behind him like they were going to team up on me. He asked me to not come back. I said I was perfectly fine with that I just want reimbursement for my monthly dues. This business does not appreciate people. I sure am interested in talking to corporate about the inconsiderate people they have working for them. I've had other occasions where the employees were super nice and respectful until their management steps in.

These kids are terrible on details smh! Don't let the outside wash fool you. Once you enter your vehicle it's terrible, my dash was dusty still my cup holder was sticky etc. they don't wipe everything never again.

Needed gas 7/21/21 at 450am so I pull in and I was approached outside by an employee to tell me I can't fill up because they're doing "end of day" closing? I saw 6 others vehicles get turned around while I was across the street at Circle K.

Extremely upset with my car wash today. I tipped them $20 before looking at my car and when I got inside it was completely oily. There was an oil puddle in my center console which I asked them to wipe off. They proceeded to spray more product on that area which made it worse. The doors of my car were extremely streaky and there was oily handprints all over my leather seats. My navigation screen was completely foggy and smudged. I had to ask them for a rag myself so I can wipe down my own car. When I drove off my hands were sliding all over the steering wheel and my hands where covered in oil. I do not recommend this place

VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE HERE.. Patti the cash register person is very rude very unprofessional.. talking back verbally to customers in front of her Manager.. Manger didn't bat a eye.. I could not believe it.. Patti was that way counted 4 customers in a row.. Never heard customer service or customers are right.. Fire her this is the workes that represents this business.. I will take my business across the street to circle K.. Stay away from this loud mouth rude person... You need to deal with her.. STAY AWAY FROM MISS THANG!

Friendly, quick and great service. Only down side is if you get any mid grade services you'll probably not be satisfied. Either get the bare minimum or the max wash. The services in between can be frustrating as they don't meet expectations. But low level and top servicing are great
