Rude employee right when you walk in. Unprofessional and pushy. Everyone is the manager and no one cares about if your have a problem. I could go on forever. Better to try lovebug for wholesale needs.

Registered with the company to buy and sell. Followed all they said needed to work with them. EIN, Resellers license. I followed their protocol. I was told to register? I did. So then another issue was created. Felt kind of personal and I don't even know them. Customer service last time I went was fantastic had no problems, instructed me with what to do to sell buy items, followed their steps, and went to taking notes on items doing my needed product research. Which was approved the second time I went. Now this.Their website does not have all of their product images. So, I did the responsible thing any business owner would do and went in to look at products of interest and take a few pics and wrote down product numbers to use to sell THEIR products in my abundance of over 18 online stores. I drove there only because the pics were not on their website and wanted to see the products and get pics needed to put on the sites.Pretty standard business problem solving. Right?Check this out...I was told today I had to buy the item to take pictures to sell their items that they did not have images of online?I have 18 online stores with over 300 pages total. Click and order, not brick and mortar. I don't need inventory. I need pictures to help generate orders FOR US. Pretty basic.So basically, If wanted sell everything in their warehouse and the picture was not provided on their website I have to buy the item it to get the picture that their website provided an item# for without image association?Makes absolutely no sense what so ever. Feels personal and don't even know them and have only the best intentions of generating a ton of business for their warehouse. I am a corporate digital advertising expert by profession and was just trying to solve a simple problem to sell their products. Nothing more. They approved it before and now a problem?It's really unfortunate, because I had only the best of intentions. Based on Sonny's customer service I really looked forward to working with him and his team. Really nice guy, can't be mad at the messenger.It is what it is.

5 stars for a reason. Pipezone is one of the most professional establishments I have ever been too. Every time I come in I'm always treated with the highest quality of service and every employee goes above and beyond for all their help and hard work.

A regular here. Keep in mind this is a wholesome place. So make sure you have a business before even trying to come here. Don't be alarmed if you casually walk in and a bunch of people stare at you. If your a new face the employees there just don't know who you are yet. Very friendly. Big warehouse full of stuff. Highly recommend if you are opening a smoke business or shop. Keep in mind. That they don't always have the newest product that just came out last week for example. But give it time or ask them. They might be able to help you.
