Amazing alternative to the typical amusement on the strip. This place reminds me of family lodges from yester-year... hand written signs, fair price, old school fun. If you have young ones in tow, I strongly recommend getting there as soon as they open as the crowds are notably less.

Excellent affordable indoor activity for all ages, huge selection of playable vintage pinball games, spacious, and will have older folks reminiscing. Definitely a must do!

Amazing place. Huge selection of pinball machines all for a very affordable price. However, the staff were extremely rude. Told my children who were not making any noises to stay quiet or we will get kicked out. Also told us if we climbed on the arcade games without paying we'd also get kicked out. The staff all seem very miserable.

This place stinks like a dirty sock . The bathroom smells. There was a no seat covers in all 7 stalls that I checked. That is very unsanitary. If they would really fix this things the place would be good. As far as the pin bal machines awesome.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much fun the kids and adults had! The Pinball Hall of Fame is a simple warehouse full of old-school pinball games, some really old pinball games, and some new classics. The games range in price from 25 cents to $2 a game. There were 4 of us and we played for an hour and a half with a total of $10. A great place for kids to show off their skills.

The place was neat, however, it is not for kids. My daughter was excited to play a game for tickets so she skipped briefly on two occasions and we were treated VERY RUDELY by some older man. You are not allowed to have too much fun here. Signs saying no bouncing balls, only inside voices… etc…Lots of broken machines but we didn’t mind that, we minded being treated poorly by staff. It was completely unnecessary! Will not recommend or go back here ever!

Employees/volunteers or whatever they want their title to be, are very rude. I approached a lady who worked there to ask her for help with a machine that took my quarters without giving credit to play and when I said excuse me to get her attention she replied “you need to take your hood off before talking to me”. I had the hood of my jacket slightly on the back part of my head but ok, I complied. I said the machine stole my quarters and needed help which she responded in a loud and aggressive voice “the machines don’t have arms and therefore are incapable of stealing!”. I was shocked and didn’t know what to say. I didn’t realize I guess I could have used a different word than steal but didn’t think it was that serious. Well she opened the machine and got my quarters then proceeded to tell me to leave for disrespecting the museum and her. So just a warning that it’s a museum and not an arcade even though the machines accept quarters.

I tried playing at 4 different machines, each machine took my money and wouldn’t give me credits to play the game. When I asked about getting my money back the lady yelled at me and kicked me out. I’m only out a few dollars but still a really terrible experience. I will tell everyone I know to never support such a terrible establishment.

First off, if you are looking for a family friendly activity this is not it... One would think otherwise...It didn't take long before my kids were being harrased and yelled at by staff. Ultimately, it lead to our family getting kicked out after one warning because my 7 year old daughter was "skipping". Also please see pictures other people have posted of the hand written signs posted around the building.Secondly, a good majority of the machines are not working. A lot of the broken machines don't have signs on them and are more than happy to take your money.I wish I could say that going to the Pinball museum was a good experience.(it was definitely memorable) It was fun to be able to see and play the old games during our short time there.... to bad it ended the way it did.

A much larger venue than it's previous home on TropicanaUnfortunately it lacks video pinball and BACK TO THE FUTURE PINBALL.Some of my favorites include A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET and WWF ROYAL RUMBLELot of machines OUT OF ORDER such as STAR TREK and THE NEXT GENERATION.Overall it's an awesome venue with suitable restrooms but THIS ISNT FREMONT!No alcohol!Don't need any drunks pissing and puking over lost pinballs or nixing high scoreHell of a view of Mandalay Bay

Place has slowly gone downhill past several years. The owner's passion is gone, and his pride for this place disappeared. Half the classic games don't work, and many of the ones that do work are in rough shape. I still visit this place because they have some classics worth playing. I give 3 stars because it's still worth a visit for people, just might be a frustrating visit.

It’s a great upgrade over the old space but still has that diy flea market charm. Most of the classic pinball games are there and most are in good condition. Pretty cost effective. Lots of nostalgia. Good for nerdier teens who maybe don’t know pinball. Just past the end of the strip so not too far away. Unmissable if you like pinball.
