Last week I went and two girls were on their phone for two minutes until they noticed me. Then they didn’t know the types of titanium, if it was implant grade titanium or not.

I came to switch my babies earings that I bought 2 months ago from here, but they were too thick and the ears didn't heal yet so we decided to wait. The blonde lady told us she can not do it( probably because she smoked weed and was not in good mood , her eyes was telling me this!!!) Such unprofessional. We pierced at banter the first time and bought another pair to switch, the lady last time told us to came in 1-2 months. She was so brave, but today we were not lucky to find working this specimen!!!!!!

I recommend calling prior to your appointment to confirm someone will be there before driving across town. Showed up at my appointment time to get my daughter's ear pierced and shop was closed. I called piercer and text no answer. Waiting 30 mins and no show. Why set appointments if you're not going to show up for them.

Wonderful experience, quick and easy. Didn't catch the piercers name but she was kind, informative, and did a wonderful job at piercing my daughter's ears.You do have to purchase their jewelry if you plan on bringing you or your child here to get yours or their ears pierced. Something to do with them not knowing where you're getting your earrings from so for sterilization purposes, you will need to purchase theirs.The ones I picked out for my daughter are super adorable and 14k White Gold!My daughter cried initially when she was getting them done, but got over it pretty quickly and has since been doing well while we've been out and about and at home.I do recommend coming here. The piercer wiped down her ears with alcohol wipes prior to marking, as well as sanitizing her hands, and just overall being extremely clean and cautious.My daughter looks soooooo fricken cute, I can't get over it! She's 3 months old and I initially was going to have them done at her pediatricians office, but they wouldn't pierce them until she's 9 months and I didn't want to wait that long because I didn't want her to tug on them. So for me, the earlier the better. Glad I chose to do this for her while she's still small and can't mess with her ears.

The manager was super helpful and honest had some bad experiences at sunset in which found out I pretty much lost money by being rung up wrong for them to benefit and the Rep that did it no longer works there. Even called customer service cause I was told to and they said the store has to fix it even though they see the problem. So I decided to go to a different store and the SM was great really appreciate her and her honesty and seeing the problem, But definitely will be back cause I’ve spent a lot of money there lol but only will be going to this location!! Definitely recommend but I don’t not recommend Galleria!!! That’s where all my problems came from and the fact I’m losing money about 400 plus sucks. But good customer service from Gia I think that’s how you spell it and the new young lady with the broken wrist lol I made me feel better even after losing money!! “There is always solutions to a problem”

This place is horrible. Sarah may is rude to customers and her staff. First time I visited she was rude and I thought it was because she was exhausted from working multiple jobs because she had her other name tag on her shirt from a different company, until I informed her and she removed it, but then the second time I visited she was rude also. She constantly criticized the Asian guy she was training. She didn’t know how to pierce ears. The piercing machine gun jammed twice, while she pulled on my crying daughters ears. I will be seeking legal advice. Please fire her. She’s not fit to be an employee.

The lady was super duper nice who pierced my 4 year olds ear. She asked me before she she pierced her ears to make sure I was happy with placement. She was patient and quick. Great experience!

I went to this place to get my baby's ears pierced. When I arrived, there was a lot of ladies working & they didn't even acknowledge me until this blonde lady with glasses looked at me & I told her that I wanted to get my daughter's ears pierced. She wasn't friendly whatsoever. I told her that my friend bought an earring there for my daughter as a gift & she was told by someone who works there that we could use it for piercing. Her reply was, "oh I don't know who would tell her that because that's not even for first-time piercing". & showed me earrings that are used for piercings. As I was looking at those earrings, I saw the same exact one that my friend got for my daughter. So I just decided to leave cause 1. She was being so rude, 2. the customer service was bad & 3. I didn't trust her to pierced my daughter's ear anymore just by how she was approaching the situation! I am quite upset because I really wanted to get my daughter's ears pierced there using the earrings that my friend bought her from that place. I wish I had a better experienced with someone else who has a better customer service than that lady. I'll just get my daughter's ears pierced somewhere else!

A little pricey, but great service and they did a good job! I got my daughter's ears pierced, she's 6, and they were able to do it at once!

Called at 6:00 to make an appointment for 7:00 for my daughter (3 months old) could get her ears pierced. Got there at 7:20 and apologized for being late and the blond was just so rude! I wouldn't let her touch my child even if she paid me to do it.. Horrible customer service and will never go back THERE again. Told her my husband changed his mind because her attitude was just awful. YUCK!

We went to the Las Vegas Premium Outlets South and had the best experience with Lani! She was extremely kind and sweet to all three of us who got our ears pierced. She made sure to be thorough and safe about the process and how we should take care of our piercings! We were also having a bit of fun and she made sure to make us feel comfortable and enjoy the experience!
