Called because their ad said in home repair, with a 65" did not want to bring it in to the other shops I called, you have to bring the tv in to their shop. When I talked to Kirk I explained over the phone that the bottom looked brighter than the rest. He gave me his cell phone number told me to send him some pictures. Told me over the phone how to adjust the picture reducing the backlight and increasing the brightness, etc. On my set even if he replaced the light bar I wouldn't see much difference. Saved me some repair costs that really wouldn't improve my set. Great guy!

Called on 10/6 and Kirk responded right away for fixing my Samsung 85 inch TV. Said part was $50 so I zelled him the money. After hearing nothing for over a week, I texted Kirk on October 14 and received no response. On October 18 I called and had to leave message. He called me back on October 19 and said he had "40 customers" and couldn't get back to me earlier. But scheduled me for October 20 at 11am, which is puzzling since he had so many customers, but whatever. Called me today and said he would be late (11:30) because he had 4 customers waiting for him at the shop, which were obviously more important than me. Arrived at 11:45 and starting re-arranging my house to work on the TV. 1/2 hour in, we start to move TV and my patience is wearing thin. I say something about picking up the pace, and he compares me to his nagging wife and threatens to leave. I booted him on the spot after collecting my part deposit.

Excellent Customer Service.. I went in to have one of my TVs fixed with little to no funds in my pocket. I Ended up with an even better TV for the price.. He was quite understanding to my Situation and Told me to keep my Head Up... Ill definitely be back and sending Customers his way ❤️??

Kirk is very knowledgeable. I brought in a VCR that I thought had one problem, he fixed that and fixed another problem he was able to identify on the VCR. Only took an hour at most and I even learned more about the workings of a VCR by watching him repair it

Been to this shop before and have still never been dissatisfied. Repaired the IR sensor in my television set (vcr/dvd combo) and got to sit with him and watch him fix it while sharing a couple laughs. Kirk is superb in knowledge and customer service. Fully recommend people try to get their stuff repaired by him instead of dumping it in a land full.

Kirk was awesome, he fixed my 65” Hisense in a timely matter, I was very happy with the service and the 6 months warranty on the job, I would definitely recommend Perfect Picture shop for your TV needs

Kirk is awesome. He truly is an expert at what he does. I got my son an old Magnavox 2-in-1 VCR and box TV that was heavily malfunctioning. Within a day, Kirk had it working good as new at an affordable cost. Not only that, but he's a great guitarist, don't hesitate to ask him to play a song, you won't be disappointed. Thanks, Kirk!

My 55-in Samsung bedroom tv stopped working all of a sudden. Screen was black, with sound. My 65-in Samsung living room tv was dark on one side so I decided to have them both looked at once. A friend recommended Kirk Holmes' shop so I gave him a call. He came by, diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote and took both tv's. He brought them both back in a matter of days, good as new. He even gave me a few tips on how to make them last longer. He is very knowledgeable, funny, friendly with reasonably competive prices. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Best repair shop for old VCR equipment. He instantly knew what was wrong with my 1988 JVC VCR displaying a bad image even after I cleaned the heads. 10/10 would recommend

After several businesses declined to even look due to the age, took a multi system non- working Aiwa VCR to Kirk. Next day it was in working condition! Great service and affordable!

Called because they offered repairs at your home and we have a 75” that is hard to transport. Spoke to Curt and he said come to my house and look at my TV but that it would be about 10 days out before he could come out. Called him well past the 10 days and he decided he was going to change his mind because he is N. Las Vegas and I Henderson. How inconsiderate could you be of someone’s time, Curt? I could have been looking for another service if you would’ve just been honest in the first place. Don’t hold your breath if you are for services from this man.

When my 65" Samsung began sporadically not turning on, and would only turn on again after unplugging it for 12+ hours, I was tempted to replace it. But the TV is only about 7 years old and the screen looks perfect, so I thought trying to have it repaired was worth a try. After reading reviews for different TV repair places, I found Kirk and gave him a call. I immediately could tell that he had a great deal of knowledge about TV repair, and he gave me what sounded like a very plausible diagnosis over the phone. He said he had time to repair it that same day, and gave me a reasonable estimate on the cost. So we loaded up the TV and made the drive to his shop. An hour later the TV was fixed, and it's been working great again for more than a week now. We were very happy to have the TV fixed so quickly and for a very reasonable price. Kirk saved us $500+ on the cost of replacing the TV. It was definitely worth the trip from Henderson. Thank you!

The man fixed my old 1986 CRT TV. I caught Kirk at a good time and was able to troubleshoot and make a repair on the spot. Luckily had some parts on hand that worked. The shop may be a little messy but he knows his trade. ?
