Best experience I've had. John Bruno is very nice and careful when working with the phones. He's honest when it comes to repairs and great service. I will bring the rest of my phones here. My iPhone 7plus had extensive damage and he was able to salvage it and I'm writing this review with it! You will not be disappointed he even offers complimentary beverages while you wait.

Great service and honest discussion of best apporoach to take. We had an S7 to fix. John Santos worked well and he helped backup and recover some files. Also we needed a new phone and got a great services on a model that meet our needs exactly. I highly recommend Phones Are Us! and will use them in the future.

Great service! I spilled a drink on my iPhone and it stopped working. Submersing my phone in rice didn't do anything. Now my phone is as good as new! Joe Bruno knows his stuff and on top of it he's a super nice guy.
