I received sick fish from here as a gift (the gift giver unknowingly purchased them). Went to see for myself and can see why. Is it laziness or incompetence? I would recommend CAREFULLY looking everything over before purchasing ANY fish from here. If you don't it's just going to die within a week or so. This isn't a one time thing, another Yelp'er (Nicole R.) posted a similar review back in November 2023.

Erandi is a grooming tech and needs to be singled out. My boy Gary just turned 14 and is losing sight and hearing, but comes home every single time ready to walk around the block to show off his haircut after his visits. Thank you guys so much

My one complaint is I asked for help to change the email on file as that is the only way to receive coupons to save money on the catfood I purchase and the person at the register either couldn't do it or wouldn't? I may choose to switch to Petco. I buy high end food for my cat and they only reward via email. Why not via my cell phone, that's the identifier when I'm at the register?

My daughter loves coming here and seeing all of the animals. They even have adoption events, which are pretty fun for children. We mainly come here for aquarium supplies and fish.

Giving 4 stars but would love to give 5 stars. I brought my pup to get his grooming done here. I've gone to Petsmart before just a different location. This one is BY MY HOUSE. I was happy to find a groomer I really liked and I felt like Petsmart was it. The experience was great, the groomer Erandi was so nice and patient with my crazy lil boy Ollie. She did amazing, literally amazing. Ollie doesn't like the brush at all so he will try to throw his little paws when he gets brushed. Again Erandi did amazing! But I'm giving 4 stars because I went to the cashier in store to purchase some new treats and to pay my grooming service for Ollie for being a good boy. BUT the cashier was so rude. I checked in on Yelp and saw a discount for checking in and what'd to use it. The lady cashier, she was older and had some dark eyeshadow on, she gave me such a hard time! Overall she was sooo rude. I came back to get cash back bc the groomer let me know I could possibly get cash back at the cash register so I did just that. That's when I knew I needed to make a purchase, and I simply asked this cashier lady and again she was giving me a hard time. First I wanted to avoid going back to that cashier but she was the only one available. The way she spoke to me was unnecessary so I literally made my purchase and walked out. That lady made me over think about coming back to this location again.

Won’t come back here. First they didn’t save my dogs vaccine info from 3 weeks ago when he had a bath. I was not greeted nicely at all. Jordan Y..The girl I worked with was a piece of trash and shouldnt be working with dogs. Doesn’t know methods of descalation when you can clearly see a dog getting stressed out. I was trying to remove the stress and she wouldn’t take the pup because she doesn’t know how to deal with dogs. Even the other employees were telling her how to get the dog away to calm him.The store was closed so I was stuck at front door for several minutes waiting for them to let me in… they threatened to cancel my appt cause I didn’t get to the grooming area until after 15mins of my appt but it was their fault.How about train your employees how to have personable skills. Maybe wait at the front door when store is not open so they can let their appt in. I was on a tight schedule with vet appointments and baths and other things to prepare for holiday travel so thanks a lot for ruining my weekend!!! Would not recommend to anybody.My dog had never had an issue with getting groomed. Dogs can read energy and clearly she isn’t a good person

This was my first visit to the store. It was clean and neat, and has wide selection of the products. I could buy all that I wanted to . I keep a very friendly cat and consider her a family member. Your store will surely make her happy from now. Keep up your fine work.

Update: I came to this Petsmart Store again yesterday and Kenny assisted me at the register and was absolutely fantastic! Kenny was extremely helpful answering all my questions related to various pet food and was just so much fun to talk to! Kenny is brilliant in all things pertaining to animals and I really appreciated her taking the time to help me in great detail while checking my items out at the same time! Kenny and Joey are both hard working employees of this Petsmart for sure!This is my absolute favorite Petsmart to shop at on this planet! Seriously the customer service is outstanding, the birds, fish and all the critters seem well cared for, it's clean and today there were 3 registers open to accommodate all the people shopping for the holidays! Joey checked our items out and she was OUTSTANDING! Joey's customer service as well as all the others we have encountered working at the register have ALWAYS been so friendly, upbeat, helpful and professional! 10+ Stars easily! Keep up the excellent job and thank you again Joey!!!

This is by far the dirtiest PetSmart I've ever seen I worked at two locations for years so I know the expectations. The aquatics department really needs to focus on the cleanliness of the tanks they were extremely dirty and even the glass, and it doesn't look like they have a gravel vacuumed in a long time. The amount of algae in the tanks and dead fish were very sad.

Did not have much of a selection for my dog carrier to fly in had to go somewhere else and buy one no help need to get a bigger selection of dog carrier for airline travel I hope you get more in for your store soon.

My dog loves this location! He is super skittish so I have requested the same sweet groomer Leah each time and they have a nice bond now :) He always comes out smelling amazing and so soft, and he isn't protective of his paws so I know he isn't getting hurt at all. He bounces around with extra lightness and feels better after a grooming, and always looks great.He used to tremble in the store, but everyone is so kind that he just shows excitement now! Everyone shows so much love to all the animals and it's a wonderful environment.

I have 6 cats, so I'm a frequent customer. This store is tidy, the items I need are always in stock & the employees are friendly. I love this Petsmart!

This is the worse PetSmart location. The groomer Christa S. has a terrible attitude and has cancelled my dog's grooming appointment twice for small miscellaneous reasons upon us arriving at our appointment. When I called in to speak with the store manager named Robin to make a complaint, she was just as rude and she hung up in my face when I caught her in a lie. She didn't care about my concerns, her goal was to take up for her employee Christina. She went as far as to lie and say she witnessed my dogs matted hair until I caught her in a lie. Once she was caught in a lie, she changed her story and told me that she had never said she saw it for herself. Then, she ended the call while I was speaking. Don't go to the Tropicana and Fort Apache location. I've never had a problem at any other location.
