The fuel desk cashier was very helpful. I asked him about printing my paper, and he directed me to the big store. However, when I got there, the staff wasn’t helpful; she didn’t want to talk and said they don’t offer that service.

Went here to use the restroom and get Diesel pump 6 shot all over me because it was broken and they were cleaning the restroom I ask nicely if I could wash my hand guy cleaning was very Rude and wouldn't let me wash my hands place a mess bathroom still Disgusti avoid at all cost if you can go somewhere els parking here is also a big pain almost never eny spots available and when you try to get a pay to park spot they say there all Taken even though there's several spots shower disgusting look like never Cleaned and washers leave a bunt smell on your close best to just avoid at all cost

Paid for an ultimate pm. They refused to grease 5th wheel. The lady said there is an "extra fee" for that or to check tires, rods, hose, or belts. I paid extra!!! That why an ultimate cost more! Avoid this place. They don't do the work as advertised

It's nice to know They Don't Care About Us truck drivers nice to know that they have the ability to print off paperwork but they won't let us the shop has the ability to print it out the fuel island has the ability to fax only but because they don't have the ability to charge it at the shop they're not going to print it out that is so stupid it is such a scumbag thing I even told him I'd pay for it but no!!
Yeah thanks for pissing off a truck driver thanks for the lack of any bit of a care for us are you guys supposed to keep customers coming in if you guys keep doing stuff like this don't even bother commenting below because you claim you say you care but you really don't!!!

I paid for two nights of parking like an idiot. The parking lot became full. I look on the app and it still showed tons of reserved parking available which meant that barely anybody was paying to park. Don’t get ripped off like I did!! Obviously there is nobody enforcing payment. Majority of the parking lot is reserved but I guess it’s actually free. I wish they would put a sign up so we don’t waste our hard earned money!!!!!
