Very happy with staff, service and price!
This is my new go-to clinic for our pets. ❤️

I went there to possibly put my dog down, and there was nothing in there. The place was gutted for construction, no place to sit, no water, no bathrooms, nowhere to make the dog feel comfortable at all. I am so glad I left. My garage looks nicer than their doctor's office and I use that term loosely,. I would not have the dignity to let my dog be put down in that place today.

I had to put down my Basset Hound (my best friend?) . I have always taken our previous pets in so I could hold them and comfort them. This place took him from my and took him to the back. I could here him screaming and fighting. They brought him back to the room sedated breathing heavily and his collar all twisted up. That is no way for anyone to have to go. I have Never had a clinic do that EVER! I still have nightmares and ? cry for him. That was the most tramatic thing I have ever went through!

Been taking my dogs here for over 20 years. Dr. Diaz is awesome and has great employees as well. I have throughout the years recommended this place to anyone looking for a Vet.

We have been patients of Dr. Diaz and Pebble Maryland Animal Hospital since 2008. Everyone in our extended family brings our dogs to him because of his skill, experience, compassion, and level of care. From the first visit after bringing home a new puppy, to that heart-wrenching final visit when they move on to that next adventure, he and the staff will do everything you need to help care for your pet (and you).

So on top of my son loosing his dog here, they somehow managed to give the crematorium the wrong dog and called to let him know that she was still in their freezer. They should be examined for malpractice, the day she died they told him that she was doing ok just wasn’t eating as much and would be ready to be picked up at 1/1:30, later proceeded to die at 1:50.
So not only has this place robbed him of his baby, his money, but also his comfort. The negligence and insensitivity that this “company” provides is ridiculous, I say company because these people are not a real veterinarian care.

This place is three times more money than any other vet you go to they are absolute crooks. I’ve dealt with them over the years cause they’re so close by, my real vet is on the other side of town, He is literally a quarter of the price of these people I took a cat to put him down there and it was $253, and my other vet was 75$ every time I put an animal down this place is outrageous. Beware !

I took two cats in within the past two weeks and they have been fantastic. My first pet needed vaccines and this was quick and prices were very reasonable compared to the last place I took my pet to. My second cat needed teeth cleaning. They did have a September deal on teeth cleaning but even without the deal I found it fairly reasonable compared to other places that wanted to charge over $400 for cleaning. My kitty had a lot of brown coloring on this teeth and the team got them all off!!! There were no hidden fees nothing. I felt comfortable going to the clinic. Some say the front end staff was rude. To me they didn’t seem so. They answered all my questions. We’re up front before the teeth cleaning. Hey we are human, we may have good days and bad. And who knows. Sometimes they are hungry right before lunch. I know I would be!

Used to go here for almost 20 years, but it has declined so much from the front end (zero customer service and basic knowledge for anything veterinary related) to the back end (care seems to be for the dollars and not the pet). The prices have gotten out of hand as well the overall care and compassion for my pets, I found another place that is much more reasonable in prices and seems to truly care about my animals, even lets me keep them in the room while they do all the procedures to avoid their anxiety which happens when they used to be taken in the back. I'm glad I went elsewhere it was time.

I have been going to this place for nearly 8 years. Have brought many pets here. I really loved it. The last time I went in to get my cat looked at, they took my cat into the back to be examined. They have NEVER done that before! Part of the reason why I loved this place was its transparency, they never did anything without my permission, and they did everything in front of me in the room. Anyway. Long story short, they brought her back with the bill for my visit which was going to be over 800 dollars and I was like ummm no… I will just take my cat and go and they go well we can just charge you for this instead… and I agreed to them cleaning my cats ears basically and I left paying about 200 dollars for my cats ears to be cleaned with zero idea of what might be wrong with her. They literally only cared about getting money. It’s so bad. I’m done with this place. I’ve read a few other reviews and it seems it went under new management.. too bad. It is literally just another shady vet clinic in Las Vegas. Don’t go here.

Very thoughtful practice and interaction. My cat looked like he was having some urinary/ bladder discomfort. I made a late afternoon appointment. The front desk team called me back, stating the Vet would like to see my cat sooner than later based on his symptoms. I thought that was so nice that reception triaged my call and saw it was important not a routine visit. The practice worked with my work schedule to get him dropped off/ evaluated ASAP, and worked with me on his pick up time as well. Thank you for the help with my baby!
