The general experience wasn't terrible at first but the place is shady. I should have read the reviews first. I brought both of my children to have their eyes examined, one for lenses and one for lenses and contacts. Initially everything seamed ok at first and my child was given a fresh pair of contacts with a new prescription. Then I was given a price to purchase contact lenses through the office but I let them know that I would have to purchase them at a later time. The kids are under my wife's insurance as the primary so we are expecting to use her HRA card but I didn't have it with me. That's when it got really weird. The assistant tells my son he needs to take out the new contacts lenses that he was just given and throw them away. Then the doctor says we can't get measured for contacts if we aren't going to buy through them or as they put it "go forward with the contacts today". I asked again to make certain and she, Mindy Nguyen, confirmed that she could not fit my son for contacts and would not give us a prescription for contact lenses. Then she has the audacity to have me wait to speak with the sales guy as if I was expected to buy frames from them. I told the lady at the counter, Iris Rodriguez, that we just wanted to check out and get our eyeglass lens prescription. She had me wait because she needed to confirm with the doctor that I was done and wouldn't check me out. The place had serious timeshare sales room vibe. It started out ok but I won't ever come back to this place.

Nice folks, but incompetent. I ordered new glasses and sun glasses. The glasses were fine but the sun glasses were wrong. Simply put, either they sent the wrong information to the lab or the lab ignored the correct information. Either way, they had to be redone. I was promised by the manager that she would keep me informed “every step of the way”, but she only ever called me to tell me the lab would get started after the Memorial Day extended weekend. At that point it had already taken 2 weeks to get the wrong ones. Nearly another 2 weeks passed and I got a call that the replacements were in, but arrived damaged and would need to ordered. Again! I told them forget it. I returned my other glasses and will allow a different doctor and company to take care of my eye needs. They really blew it.

Crooks who will knowingly withhold costs and manipulate you into paying extra than you need to. I came in for an annual eye exam and explicitly stated I should only be charged my copay. The unfriendly girls at the front desk quickly said "sure" and turned away. After seeing the doctor, they led me to a billing table in which I was charged over $150 for what should have been an annual eye exam. They will use any excuse to charge you extra (i.e: contact fitting $45 and eye disease $50 on top of your copay - both of which were never mentioned to count as separate from my annual eye exam during the visit with the doctor - I would have declined had I known. Shame on me for having astigmatism! Beware of this place and stay away. They are scammers who will use any trick in the book to get you to pay more than you need to.

Upon walking into this store, the Gentleman is extremely friendly so you assume that everything will be awesome. Wrong! The girls at the check in counter have an attitude where it seems to be that you're bothering them. It only gets worse with their whispering and side eye glares when you don't agree to all of their "recommended" additional exams. I have sat here about 30 min past our appointment time (arriving early mind you) only to watch them take back 2 patients that arrived after us. The medical assistant that takes you back, I watched her shuffle the boards and put ours behind another (I know this because We are the only 2 people here waiting together for exams, everyone else is alone)... so yes.. beWARE, customer service doesn't exist. You can just see the disgust exude from their faces if you don't plan on paying every up charge they "recommend"... I will never come back here again... Shame on this place..

Everyone was friendly and professional. Everything was great from the eye exam to finding the correct frames. I hate picking out glasses but the gentleman who helped me found the perfect frames for me.

Well, to start off I went to wrong office but they worked me in thankfully. All the staff were very friendly. Love the fact no drops are used and all equipment very up to date. Large selection of frames. Recommend this office/site for sure.

I went to Pearle Vision last week and was impressed with the level of care the staff provided! They understood my concerns and explained everything to me. Kristina, Glenn, and Dr. Nguyen were amazing and very professional. I totally recommend this location!
