This daycare was our last resort for a reason and we had no choice but to place our 1 year old here until our other option has an opening. Today my son came home with 2 different color pieces of gum stuck to diaper bag his sweatpants. I didn’t notice until I took him out the car at home and saw it was also stuck to his brand new $300 car seat. I don’t know why gum is allowed anywhere near infants at this daycare but the only reason I can think of is because most of the women that work there are unprofessional and remedial, especially the bald one. Something always goes wrong when the shiny bald head one is working I’ve come to notice. This place is not the cleanest either. The customer service at times is terrible and I feel like only a select few teachers truly care about the children. I’m thankful my son didn’t consume any gum that I’m aware of but i don’t feel comfortable sending him here at all anymore.

Not reliable, constantly closing for "deep cleanings" without any warning, will turn you away at the door when dropping your kids off because they are understaffed - had to miss multiple days of work due to the staffing of the facility - but all the "teachers" have their children in the program

TRASH! Creating a law suite as we speak. This place is dirty. Alina takes pictures of childrens genetials and sends them to the director. The staff is not the brightest group. I would never recommend taking your children here. Mine went once a week and every single time there was a problem... From the staff writing in permanent ink on my childs backpack to them wrongfully sending my child home and not allowing him back for 7-10 for "suspected hand foot mouth". Even after i confirmed that we had been dealing with diaper rash. The director apparently cant be reached by phone, and makes executive decisions without making herself available to parents until days later. This place is a disaster. Terribly unprofessional.A follow up we were dropped from the program with no communication did not know until i tried to communicate through the app and it said there were no enrollments.When i called they said Brittney tried to contact me multiple times, this is completely untrue. She called twice after the incident, and messaged me saying if i wanted to discuss the matter to call her. I said i had nothing to discuss but if she did we could speak no which she declined. That was it. Now we have been dropped from the program with NO notice at all. This place is a scam. Poorly run, and very unprofessional.

Unfortunately we had issues with billing. They increased our rate by $110 with no notice. When asked about it, staff claimed there was supposed to be paperwork for us to pick up (but there wasn't) Staff at the front do not seem to be informed. Whenever we asked about the change we were told they would "Leave a note for Brittney Chandler." Then we filled out paperwork to withdraw, have 2 weeks notice and they still got dates incorrect and billed us past the date that we set for withdrawal and now we are out hundreds. When we repeatedly asked questions/asked to meet in person so we could actually communicate, we were ghosted. Also, they didn't give us incident reports for weeks after the fact (again because staff don't seem to be trained properly) The teachers were great, but they have little control of the miscommunication between Brittney and her front staff.

Be warned! After only using this center for about a month we decided enough was enough. She was treated like a number not a child. They didn’t know her name, lost her belongings and sent her home with a different childs name written on her stuff. On multiple occasions she told us her teacher was mean to her which is not something she often says about people. Any time we attempted to discuss an issue with the staff it was dismissed as though it didn’t matter. She has always enjoyed going to daycare but would beg and cry not to go here. I cannot imagine what went on behind closed doors for her to cry and act that way. Unfortunately, she’s young enough she cannot adequately communicate the details to us. Save yourself and your child a terrible experience and don’t use this center.

Alright so I have been reading the reviews on here and I don’t think it’s justified. I had a situation where I had to leave my previous child care provider due to a traumatic situation that happened to one of my kids. I called so many places and this one wasn’t really enrolling right away. I opened up to the director to what happened and why I was in need of child care and she went above and beyond to help me out.My daughter did very well there. My son in the other hand was very misbehaved it got to the point where he was constantly being sent home with a “fever”. When the thermometer used wasn’t being used properly to take temps (forehead scanning kind). I personally believe it was due to his behavior. Towards the end of us being there I withdrew both kids because my son was getting kicked out for bad behavior however they stated that his behavior could be impart to a possible developmental issue. They referred me to child find and even stated that they would be willing to take them back if I went through the steps to see if he had issues.I never got to thank them for the information provided as it turns out my son does have some issues delayed in some physical aspects and has add or adhd I don’t remember. But due to their recommendation it is helping him in school.On a side note the facility is always clean. I never had issue with the staff they were professional. When I was there over a year ago you had to pack your own food for them it is a nut free facility. You also might want to label all of your children’s stuff because sometimes items get lost.This was my experience over a year ago though so I don’t know if things have changes since then. I recommend look for yourself and take the tour ask questions and see if it’s a right fit for you.

I was working here for four months! Worst experience ever so unprofessional and ghetto. Dirty has never been deep cleaned as long as I was there. The director chandler hires all her best friends every single admin is her close friend. She cusses at the staff and takes to staff members as if she birthed us. I was sick and out for eight days in the hospital because of that school I caught meningitis. Both centers was having a staff meeting when she attempted to fight me when I walked out of a classroom, had certain staff members holding her back oh baby If she would have laid a hand on me that would've been it. I would never work up under anyone like that, not good leadership at all how unprofessional and this who y'all got running yall business ? DO BETTER! This is who y'all have the face of your company what type of leader does shit like that. You ask for teachers to address any concerns they have with the centers or other staff at the work meeting and once I do you. It was stated "address that teacher". Why would you want me to address another staff member knowing it's tension. She let the other staff member say whatever she had to say but as it was my turn you want to tell me I can't come back & making slick remarks. Mind you the other staff member is one of her "best friends". They both "attempted" to fight me. Chandler is the director and trying to fight staff smh if you knew better you'd do better. She then stated, "I don't care she's still going to work here regardless". Brandi is one of her best friends, Iyanna is one of her best friends, so is sharran and the list goes on and their all in admin. I don't see how this business is still up and running. Admin never wants to gives out the owners email or even let us communicate with the owners to let them know what's going on, and their never at work meetings to see how things play out. So to the owners Greg and Dustin rewatch the cameras from last night 7/12/23 and you'll see how unprofessional your director and admin is!

Reading all the reviews, and the fact that the owner of this business is writing paragraphs to all the negative reviews and catching an attitude in her response back. Just shows how unprofessional she is and her business. A professional business owner never responds back in that manner whether true or not. You mad because we all know you don't know how to run your business and be professional? This dump needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!

Wonderful staff. Wonderful staff because they care about the kids. If diapers are running out, they let the parents know. If there's no snack, they let the parents know. Peace Garden (Infinity Learning Center) have snacks provided just in case. When a t teachable moment hit, they have kids bring their work or projects or art home. I use to work there. I gave this a 5 because to me it's better than the last two day care. The last two day cares the admin/directors treated teachers horribly and very disorganized. This day care is the exact opposite.

This school is run by a dedicated director. I have seen the type of parents they have had to deal with, and it looks like most of them are the ones leaving reviews in here. The state does not give out 4star status to just any school, so before you take the review of a salty parent into regard, it's always best to hear it straight from the horses mouth.

My son was only here for only 2 weeks, and every time I went for him, my son had a dirty diaper, as if they will not change him for a long time with a lot of urine, and he did not want to go to that place, he felt uncomfortable, for That's why I decided to get it out of there, nothing recommended.

This place has done a 360 from the time that I started. I’ve noticed a big change in my kids and them learning there now. They are saying colors and also wanting to write they name and want to count everything. They get homework and when they take the homework back they get prizes and that makes my kids excited to do it. No matter what time I walk in. I am always greeted so happily (by the lady in the front) she makes us feel so loved and welcomed. Not just my kids but myself even if I’m having a bad day, she listens to me vent before she brings my kids out. It makes me feel comfortable like I don’t have to worry and she reassures me that my kids are good. It does help that recently. I started getting pictures of my kids throughout the day doing fun activities and playing with their friends, so it puts my mind at ease, which I was not able to do that in the beginning. I’m glad I stayed the reason why they don’t have five stars is because I don’t like to have packed my kids, lunch and breakfast every day.

This place seemed great at first. Made an appointment to come see the facility and meet the caregivers. It was clean and people were friendly. Decided to enroll my 3 year old daughter as it was the only 24 hour/late hour place in Las Vegas. Big mistake. My daughter went 3 days and I pulled her out. I went to pick her up and she had a MASSIVE black eye. Not to mention the night staff gave me the CREEPS. Just an overall uneasy feeling They couldn't give me an explanation and refused to let us see the footage. Don't send your kids here
