Patrick Thomas has horrible customer service skills. He will not return phone calls. Patrick is unprofessional and a liar. NEVER returns phone calls as he says. He is actually 0 stars! Anyone that gets on here and says the opposite is lying.

I have been coming to this office to use the DMV kiosk for several tasks. The employees at this location have always been very friendly and helpful to make sure you face no struggles! Thank you!

I called the AAA 1800 number prior to coming in regards to an international drivers license. I'm currently enrolled in AAA Identity Champion and asked if I would get a discount on the photos for the international driver license. They advised I would. Instead of me paying $20 I would pay $10 since I'm enrolled in a AAA product. I did this to see if AAA was cheaper than CVS, Walgreens, Etc in regards to passport photos. I was happy to hear that I would received a discount and went to your guys 7501 W Lake Meade Ste 106 location. As I went in I spoke to front receptionist Maria. I advised Maria what I was told by AAA over the phone about a discount for passport photos and I was inquiring for an International Drivers License. Immediately Maria came off very hostile towards me and advised me no I wasn't going to receive a discount. I then repeated myself and advised her I was told I would. Maria appeared to not care what I was telling her and advised me I shouldn't take the word of AAA over the phone. I was confused at this point and thought AAA over the phone was the same as going into the branch. In my eyes as the customer at this point, I felt Maria was unfriendly, hostile, and didn't appear to care about customer service. I asked for the store manager and she then pointed to Fernando and told me to have a seat. During my wait I saw Maria help customers after me and noticed she was friendly, customer oriented, and professional. This made it 10x worse for me due to how poorly she treated me then treated other customers after me. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes I finally spoke to Fernando. After explaining what I was going through Fernando didn't appear to care. He advised me their would be no discount and appeared to not care for Maria's actions towards me. At this point, I was in the office for 30 minutes and could have gone to Walgreens/CVS prior to coming. I asked Fernando for his Area Manager and he advised me they had a store manager named Lopita. Maria advised me earlier Fernando was the Store manager not Lopita. This proved not only is Maria poor at customer service but she also lies to customers. I got Lopita information and then gave her a call outside the branch. Lopita was exceptional! She was empathetic, understanding, professional, and made me truly feel that she cared. She reflected back and apologized for Maria and Fernando's behavior towards me. She ended up waiving the fee for the international drivers license phots and called the branch after to speak to Fernando. I came back in Fernando received her message and proceeded with my international drivers license. My International Drivers license was then finished and I then paid and left. I hope my review provides coaching opportunities for Maria and Fernando. I do hope they are held accountable for their actions and hope this doesn't happen to any future customers. Thank you for your time.

Went in to get our international drivers license for our upcoming trip to Japan & it was so QUICK! We made sure to go to their website and complete the application ahead of time, just to get that outta the way. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the young lady at the front desk that helped us, but she was AWESOME! Super friendly, processed our applications and had us out the door in MINUTES! Thank you AAA!

I went in on Thursday morning to acquire an International Driver's Permit and it was a nice experience. I was seen right away by the lady at the cashier desk. She took my information, snapped some pictures, billed my credit card, and presented my IDP. Overall: Very expedient and friendly service.

My husband, who is trying to get one of his vehicles ready to sell, realized that one repair on the vehicle's CV joints was more than he could handle at home! We contacted AAA to have the car towed to our local auto mechanic. Dave arrived within the hour! Dave was amazing! He was courteous and wore a mask! We wore masks as well. Dave's professionalism in carrying out the towing, utilizing a flatbed AAA marked truck, gave us confidence that the vehicle would arrive safely. We were thrilled with the service! We would recommend AAA again!

Just wanted to leave my review in regard to Agent Steve Ririe which in our opinions Steve Ririe is the BEST Insurance Agent in ALL of the Las Vegas area. We've had Steve as our agent for many years now and also have friends and family who also have Steve as their agent.... We think the world of Steve and his knowledge is exceptionally outstanding..... customer service AT IT'S BEST.... couldn't ask for a better agent to handle our Home and Auto Insurance needs..... this guy is ONE OF A KIND GREAT. Thank you Steve, we think the world of you.

Called for a tow at 1 pm. Received a text at 2:48 that the driver was pulling up. I waited in the rain for awhile then called to ask where the driver is? They said we haven't dispatched any tow truck. They then said it will be around 5 hours for the tow. Really???????

Seriously, someone gave this guy five stars? Hands down, Patrick Thomas provided the worst customer service I have ever received from AAA. He doesn't provide accurate information, he doesn't return phone calls, he doesn't follow through on anything he says he's going to handle. Save yourself a lot of headaches and take your insurance business someplace else.
