My rating is based on how rude the customer service representative was when I answered the phone. I asked for pricing for a heat guard for a Ford F-150 and she states, "Oh we don't have that part, have a nice day!" however it was her delivery like she was pissed off that I called. Also I didn't get a chance to ask if they had other parts I needed because of my experience.

The staff there know exactly what to recommend for your car including any additional parts/pieces that may not come with the item you're purchasing. Items come directly to the store for pick up by you or can be delivered to the body shop within days.
