Came from out of town - spent a few hours browsing all the singles and opening a Hobby Box. Staff is great and friendly, prices are fair, and the store itself is a great vibe. Cool to see the live Breaks going on and seeing a Wemby auto pulled! 10/10 highly recommend - even found some NASCAR stuff!
PS - the guy before me claimed they said prices are final on graded cards: can personally say that wasn’t my experience. We checked comps and came to a deal for a SSP PSA 10 I really liked.

*HONEST REVIEW!* This Shop was.. hard to review... Hear me out. I went in on a weekend and had heard a lot about the shop on social media, so my expectations were high.
Let's start with the Pros:
1. As soon as I went in I was immediately greeted with smiles and high energy (I love this and a lot of shops don't get this part right.)
2. Again with the energy, I loved how there was live streaming going on and everyone seemed excited. I felt excited just being there!
3. The shop is beautiful, the aesthetic is amazing with the lights and all the cool signs, the tables and seats are all clean, the product is organized in a way that is pleasing attractive and easy to look at.
4. The employees seem to all enjoy working there and the attitude they have on them reflects this. I had some very good conversation with the employees, they told me about the store and what they do, their partnership with PSA, their streaming business etc etc. They helped me find what I was looking for, honestly everything service wise was there.
.... It was almost. Almost a perfect visit. Which brings me to the one Con that I have...
The Con: Pricing. Now please. Read what I have to say. No I am not just another customer complaining about pricing. I understand that every shop runs things differently... But every other shop also has fair pricing, and every other shop in town also does their best to price things as close to Market as possible.
I get it. The hobby is the hobby and prices are always changing... But when I hear your employees telling random customers that come in and shoot you an decent offer on a graded card "Oh, all prices are final, we don't do any discounting." Then I ask about it and you tell me the same thing... But you also tell me that most of the stores business comes from the online streaming that you do... Why not just do that, and... Be more competitive with your pricing on store?? I mean. You want $120 for a Paradox rift booster box, well Knight and Day games across from the parking garage has that same box for $99... Ok. Go get that box there you might say, but well... That's exactly what I did.
All I am saying is, let's get more competitive guys, specifically in this hobby. Almost a perfect visit, would like to see changes in the future, thanks for reading my review!

I do NOT recommend this shop at all. My bad for not researching customer service and honesty of the business. Was sent cards that are not mine two takings of the randomized card one of which I won. Never sent the card or any apology. Just said it was wrong and deleted the video. Buyer beware this store is a scam!

Came from out of town to check this place out. Great atmosphere. I asked for a certain product and was told they were sold out but had more on order. Went back a few days later, and he remembered me and what I was looking for. Great customer service!

Finally got to visit the shop a few days ago, they had a really good selection of graded slabs. We had frequently seen paradise cards at traveling card shows — great group to work with for card collecting

Amazing place!!! Great staff and service!!! They will also help you get your cards sent off to psa for grading!!!
Its near the corner of Sunset and the entrance to the mall and on the opposite side from the nail salon.

Had joined there stream loupe for several weeks in a row SUPPORTING THEIR BUSINESS and a couple weeks before literally asking for a favor which got me booted from the stream and I said it exactly like that I asked for a favor and well I was booted after that I messaged Mark asking what the deal was because all I wanted was a recap on cards that I would have got in a break I explained a couple things like not being able to rewatch the stream because im on an android and i figured they would have saved me the 60 mins plus by just getting my cards that hadn't shipped yet but a couple week before this happened they hadn't shipped me my cards 3 different time and not only that i ask for a favor which gets me booted they allow this Aaron guy literally attack other customers and wheb asked about it they said it was okay because he was spending 10k which he wanted refunded so he didnt spend it but seriously they let ppl be attacked for money anf it was during a stream so you can check it out for yourself

I went to get 2 cards graded and the experience was terrible.When I submitted the cards. I was told that I would be informed every step of the way (Whenever the next step of PSA occurs).That was September 13th.I received my cards today Jan. 3I was quoted that I would receive the cards in 60 to 90 days. The way I found my cards were at the next step was be I had to either email Luis or just show up and ask.I did not give the experience a 1 rating because a lot the employees were very friendly. But again I was told that I would know what was going on but never heard anything unless I emailed first(six times) or came in to the store.Because of the bad communication I have been turned away from having someone submit my cards, and I will be doing it myself now.

Good selection of cards and boxes. The only thing knocking it down to 4 stars, was the lack of football memorabilia and autograph cards. But it was very cool, I would recommend this to any sports card fan in the Las Vegas area.
