“Do you love customer service, I mean really outstanding customer service? Then this is the place for you. We had the pleasure of working with Matt, the store manager and he was so helpful. Matt hunted down the gallons we needed with speed and a smile. We love the modern metallic line and did several rooms in this color, most definitely not cheap, but we love the look! “Visited the store seeking to match the unknown stain or paint on our cabinets. Mars, the SW pro, quickly confirmed it was stain and said they could match it w/in 72 hours with a water based stain. Less than 24 hours later she called saying the stain was ready. I had first visited Lowe’s but SW is now our paint store for their knowledge, quality products and service. Yes, I paid a little more but having a matched stain vs. “it looks close to me” by the Lowe’s rep is worth it. Thank you Mars and SW.”
“Went by to pick up some touch-up paints for my house. Walked in with a lot of information but was also missing a lot of the information and they provided fantastic customer service helping me work my way through all the different selections and getting everything I needed.
They were very patient and kind and knowledgeable. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I came back 20 minutes later, pulled up, and they were walking out the door with my order to my car, never even went back into the building.

“I went to the store, and the guy at the counter was super friendly and helpful trying to give me the best advice on the paint and color that I was looking for. The painter I hired told me to buy 3 gallons but the paint store guy thought I only needed two but since I was doing it over the weekend I bought three just in case and I had over a gallon left over. I should've listened to the paint store guy.”

“I've been wanting to check this place out for a while now. I recently needed to get a copy of my house key so I gave them a call to see if they made them and ended up getting 2 done for a total of $8.65 , very reasonable. This is a REAL HARDWARE STORE. I was pleasantly surprised at all they had and the cleanliness of the store. The employees were nice and helpful. This is the kind of place I remember going to with my Dad back in the Carolinas when I was growing up.
They have lots of bbq supplies , sauces , rubs , and of course bbqs like Traeger and Big Green Egg. They occasionally have cookouts for special occasions like 4th of July and such and of course I've missed everyone. They have a small Traeger that I may end up going back to buy. Also lots of tools and gardening equipment to include shovels and tree trimmers. Lots of bird feeders , it's just nice to see the selection they have here. I would definitely recommend you checking this place out.”
