My wife and I met with Majik and went over a few tile selections. Majik worked with the owner to help give us a great deal on the cost of our selections. We tiled a 3600 sft home and also tiled a feature fireplace wall. We couldn't be more excited with our selections as well as selecting Pacific West Flooring.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. From start to finish, it was a complete nightmare. They are nothing short of scam artists, preying on customers by over-promising and under-delivering. I spent my hard-earned money expecting quality service and products, only to be met with delays, excuses, and outright deception.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issues, I received nothing but poor communication and a lack of accountability. The product/service I paid for was either not delivered or was far below the standard that was advertised. They wasted my time and money, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay far away.
This company does not value its customers and has no regard for ethical business practices. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere—this is not a company you can trust.

From the moment I engaged with them, it was clear that they are more interested in taking your money than providing any real value. They lure you in with promises of high-quality products/services, but what you actually receive is far from what was advertised.
The level of customer service was appalling. I reached out multiple times to address the issues I was facing, only to be met with indifference and a complete lack of responsibility on their part. Not only did they fail to deliver what I paid for, but they also wasted an incredible amount of my time in the process.
This company operates in a very unprofessional manner, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with them. There are plenty of other companies out there that are more trustworthy and committed to delivering on their promises. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of [Company Name].

Recently took my clients with me there and everyone there is super knowledgeable, helped us pick out great tile for shower and we were able to get some on close out pricing, Ive been going there for years and have completed 10+ projects and every client absolutely loves the variety and quality of tile. Will keep going back over and over.

Pacific West Flooring is the only place I shop at in Las Vegas! I’ve been a repeat customer since 2020. Their luxury vinyl flooring I purchased was superior to anything I found at Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Floor and Decor. I had it installed in 2020 it’s held up amazingly with my crazy house of 3 kids and 4 dogs and 5 cats. I’ve been back for two subsequent bathroom remodels. They always take the best care of me. They remember me when I come in even if it’s been a few years. When I order too much, returns are easy. It stays as a store credit which I’ve been able to access even two years apart. The employees have been the same for years. And Family Owned!

Simply The Best in Town, Mike, David, Gabby, Majid, they have the best materials in town all kind of Slabs and Tiles, all original Italian materials, we have been using and installing their materials over almost 2 decades, and there's no word to describe Gabby, she's taking care of clients like her own family, she's very knowledgeable and experienced, so proud of them, they became my family for many year. Recommend them to the builders in this town.

5 stars are not enough, not sure 10 would be enough. The folks here worked tirelessly with us to satisfy all the needs for our major remodeling job. We went through numerous iterations and decision switches, and they were with us all the way. The value was as fabulous the service.
I particularly want to call out Nelson, who followed all the twists and turns that finally resulted in the materials we wanted.
Shout out to Gabby as well, who handled the complexities of the delivery with grace and competence.
We went to many, many stores in Vegas. And while we had good service at most, none come close to matching the full package that is Pacific West Flooring. They absolutely must be your first stop. If they are, you won't need a second.

I am not one to hurry to place a review but I felt like this place really deserved a mention!
From my very first visit with Griffin, to design help with Majid, everything has been so streamlined and easy and simply great! They work as a team so it’s a very comfortable experience.
I never felt rushed or pushed and was able to get everything I wanted and stay within my budget!
Now that alllll my rooms (floors AND walls) are picked, I am going to place the order next week and am beyond excited to start this project.
