I was an employee at pacific supply bonanza and mlk for all you Cdl drivers steer clear of this company the pay is below average for the amount of work they want you to do they will have you on rooftops when other drivers have accommodations keeping them from going on rooftops and they receive the same pay or more this company wants yes men drivers that do not speak for themselves and do not mind doing alot of work for bad pay also all the equipment including truck's are in very bad shape nothing is new or in proper function honestly they will use and abuse you then replace you with the next yes man they like to hire people straight out of school or prison so they can take advantage of these people because they feel that these people are the most desperate and just need a job the branch manager Mike cares for none of the employees he has no loyalty and does not understand that the way he is running this company and treating his employees is wrong and could be the downfall of this branch.So be aware when seeking employment with this company there turnover rate is incredibly high and there is a reason for that.There is no square footage pay nor bonuses or any type of incentives given by the company. They pick and choose who they believe there safest employees are and reward them with a gift card that can possibly take some time to actually be given to you.There are many companies here in vegas that are in the same exact industry that will give you opportunities and more respect/loyalty.

The slowest forklift operators I have ever seen in my life. If you are not Hispanic expect to wait for them to unload your truck. The forklift operators will stop loading your truck to go help the other Hispanics that come in, after you have already been there for an hour.
