I always go to this spot for car batteries, bulbs, etc. Manny was the store representative that assisted me with my battery today. What a nice guy. He installed it for me and was so friendly. It's great customer service from store reps like Manny that keep me coming back!

This has to be THE BEST auto parts store I’ve ever been to! The reason for this “Annie” the manager. She is so nice and friendly, help me with everything I needed and explained things to me that I just didn’t understand. So many times I go into auto parts stores and the employees look at you like your stupid when you don’t understand something… Well not Annie. She took the time to check why my engine light was on, explained to me what she was reading and when I told her “I’m not sure what that is” she jumped right up and explained it all simply to me. I’m so happy this store opened in my! Go see Annie

Been going here for over 2 in a half years cause it's right down the street from my house, lately employees at this location are rude and don't want to help or assist on getting me the right part or product last week I came in looking for the A/c recharge and I ask a older white male, "is this product for any vehicle" instead of asking let me check and ask me for my year make and model and point me out to the right product, O'Reilly representative told me I have to know what numbers A/C Recharge unit I need for my vehicle, i said nothing put back the product where I got it and walked out and never will come back to this location again, this year each time I came in, it's either a long line and waiting 15-20 minutes to pay for my items or I just run into a O'Reilly employee that just slow and rude... so now I go to the O'Reillys 15 minutes away S Rainbow at least they welcome you in and ask if I need help with anything or they'll get to me once they are finished with the guest they with...
