Title: Disappointing Experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts Before Closing TimeI recently had a disheartening experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Despite arriving five minutes before the advertised closing time of 11 PM, I was met with a less-than-welcoming response. The employee, upon noticing my arrival, promptly turned off the store lights and retreated to the back, effectively denying me service.This was particularly frustrating as I had made a special half-hour trip, relying on the information provided by another branch of this store. While I understand that the closing hours might have been an honest mistake by the other location, the lack of customer service at this crucial moment was disheartening.As a vehicle enthusiast who values reliable auto parts suppliers, I expect a certain level of commitment and service, especially in times of need. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered subpar service at this O'Reilly location, particularly from a staff member named Riley. It leads me to believe that a more robust training program for staff might be in order, to enhance their customer handling skills.While the exterior of the O'Reilly store presented a professional appearance, the service did not match up. Regrettably, I am considering limiting my visits to this store and exploring other options. Customer service is key, and in this instance, it fell short of expectations. 2 stars bc the location has potential,It's the staff that needs work. For the bank.

Customer service is great! Everyone is so friendly and attentive. No matter how small the purchase is, they were helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

Divine saw me having issues at a nearby gas station and went out of her way to help me. She informed me what she thought the issue with my gas tank could be and genuinely helped me out when she didn't have to. Thank you again Divine!!!!

I love this auto parts store, is better quality in auto parts and the customer service from Marie Theresa is super friendly and full knowledge of the parts i need but this review is for the outstanding customer service is top notch, I don't have enough words to compliment marie but hopefully O'Reillys keep up the good work in hiring people like marie with the patience and good attitude to help a customer.

I want to give a shout out to Artie. He helped me find wind shield wipers for my car and installed them in the rain for me. I know they automatically install them but because of his great customer service I will purchase all my car needs here. Thank you Artie.

The location at 1131 E. Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89119.
I called to see if I purchased a new battery there, if they install them as well or I can only purchase. I spoke with CESAR. He said yes, they install also so come on down. I did. I purchased the battery from JEFF, who also installed the battery for me, showed me some great tips, answered any questions, and was just all around super friendly and helpful. Once the battery was replaced and I started the car, something was off with my computer system, something about my anti theft system needing to be reset in order for my monitor screen and everything to start working again. I didn’t know how to do it, so I went back inside. Spoke with JEFF, and we tried to look up videos together and go through my manual, etc. We found one video, but it didn’t work because my panel buttons were different and I didn’t have that particular button, so I had to come back in the store, but once again, JEFF continued to try to help me. I even patiently stood back to the the side to let him help every other customer that was there in line first, even the ones that came in after me. JEFF eventually found a video with a console identical to mine. As we were watching it and getting it figured out, CESAR walked over asking what the problem was. Jeff told him. CESAR, offered no input, advice, solution, nothing. Just stood there looking annoyed that Jeff was taking the time to help me. Once the short video was over, I repeated the steps as I understood them for confirmation from JEFF and CESAR to make sure I understood them right, but CESAR did not say one single word to me, instead he just glared at me like I was the dumbest person on the planet, threw his hands up and rolled his eyes and walked away. Incredibly rude and disrespectful, and yes, he DID make me feel insecure and incompetent with my lack of knowledge of vehicles. But as a lead there, isn’t it HIS job to explain things to customers? It’s hard enough as a woman walking into a place like that alone knowing that it’s so easy to get taken advantage of when you clearly don’t know about car parts. Well, JEFF confirmed with me that the instructions I got from the video were consistent with what he got from it also. I tried it, it worked. I came back in smiling to let them know that it worked finally. When I called out CESAR’s name to ask him to come over to me so I could talk to him, he looked over over at me smiling and waving for him to come over to me, and just put his hand up to me and raced to the back of the store. There’s no way he knew. I was upset at the way he treated me, because I was calm and smiling the whole time, so I can only guess that he was intentionally being rude and ignoring me because he probably thought I was going to ask him questions about cars or car parts that he couldn’t answer or didn’t want to, (which I’m assuming is what he’s there for?) or just doesn’t respect women. Yes, I did get great customer service from JEFF, but I’m leaving this review because according to CESAR when I initially called and spoke with him before coming in, he told me he was the manager. I think it’s insane that a manager of a business would treat someone so disrespectfully for literally no reason. So don’t worry, I won’t be going there again. JEFF, your service and personality is top notch, and I hope you find yourself moving up to wherever you want to be, you deserve it! CESAR… your knowledge of anything regarding the business you’re in and your customer service is straight trash. Stop letting your Napoleon Complex control you. Do better. Be better.

I have my account there ( just provide a phone number ) with my military discount but I've never had any problems with the parts or the service. The people are great to work with and prices competitive. O'Reilly is actually the best outfit and always stocked with what I need close by. Their perks are good. Jim T

O'Reilly on Eastern & Silverado Ranch provided exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly and willing to help me find the parts I needed, even if it meant looking up availability at other stores. Thank you, I'll be choosing O'Reilly Auto Parts first from now on.
