Why does no O'Reilly's on the East side answer their phones, every auto zone does- management: this is at least half the reason I dont ever shop here!
0 customer service, often when going in they still act put out and lines thru door because no one answers the phone. Worthless business ethic

One of the best options when it comes to car repair. This branch is especially important since they have a team of young people who strive to do their job, giving unique attention, which I have seen little in other places. Congratulations O'ralley for having such professional people.

In a ridiculous turn of events, my car battery died while I was in the drive thru waiting area at a fast food restaurant...it was a dark 8 PM and I know nothing about auto stuff. Luckily, after a Good Samaritan gave my flat battery a jump to get going, I happened upon Sam and Guillermo at this O'Reilly Auto Parts. Sam did not hesitate to assist me and had my new battery installed (and the old one whisked away) in less than 15 minutes. Both gentlemen were polite, professional, and patient. Hopefully I will not need their assistance again any time soon, but if I do, I won't hesitate to visit this store again. Thank you, gentlemen! From the lady in the Nissan Rogue who was very rattled by her flat battery!

One of the worst experiences I've had. There was a young helpful worker who was great! He was the only helpful person there. We were in the middle of removing my battery in the Vegas heat due to my car not starting that day and needing to be jumped. Me and the young lad were working on removing the battery and were nearly complete when a guy with glasses and beard came out and said that they couldn't change my battery and to go to a mechanic because they couldn't be held liable. I told them I would purchase a battery as I need to get this one out anyways and will remove it myself with the tools provided. He said that the job was too difficult and they couldn't loan me one tool so I could take out said battery. So me and the worker had to put it all back together and I had to go somewhere else. I don't recommend this store at all. Avoid this O'Reilly's. The management is not good and I hardly ever feel the need to write a review in the first place but this one had to go up. 0/5 stars only upside there is the bilingual gentleman working the front everyone else can kick rocks.

Terrible customer service by a young guy that works at this store. Yesterday my husband and I step up to the counter to be helped. I said, "Hi, How are you doing today? The worker ignores me and starts talking to my husband. He wouldn't talk to me at all and barely answered my husband. He gave me this awful look. I have never felt so uncomfortable before. I think this worker needs help. The worker offered us higher-priced products than what was listed on the website as being there in the store. We offered to take the higher priced items, but then the worker said he had neither. My husband and I felt so disrespected. We took our business over to Auto Zone. Where we received excellent customer service. Products available and priced as listed on the website. The best $486.00 I have ever spent.

CASHIER he was ARROGANT & DRY & FLAT. UNHELPFUL. UNCOOPERATIVE. I asked him 2 Questions!!!!!!
