My friend and myself were looking to find a tool to cut a lock off of a trailer hitch on my truck. I live out of state and didn't have the key. I needed to change the ball hitch to another size. The store manager Gerald, went out of his way, first trying his own kiey and then a store key from a lock and key set. It worked! I bought the new lock. He never made us feel like we were a burden and always treated us with kindness. determination and professionalism, saved us what we thought would be an absolute hassle and a lot of time. He is absolutely wonderful and would be my go to guy if I lived in the area. Thanks, Gerald!! Can't express how grateful we were to you.

They ordered a part for me from the hub and after waiting 3 hours I come to the store to get the wrong part. They sent the wrong Parr in the correct packaging. Very disappointing. This was the shop I go to all the time but this was emergency and now I can't drive my van this weekend.

Stopped in to O'Reilly's to pick up 10 amp fuses for my brake lights. Met store technician Manny who quickly figured out the brake light bulbs were blown. In a matter of a few minutes Manny had changed all the blown bulbs and brake lights were once again working. Thank you, Manny for your hard work and professionalism.

Gerald went out of his way to help me. Took my car on Saturday for an oil change and I was told that my battery was bad. My wife has been telling me that the car was giving her issues in terms of starting over the last 2 weeks but I didn't pay much attention. However, when I was told that the battery was bad, I looked up my paperwork and found the receipt. Went to O'Reilly for a warranty replacement right after the oil change. I was told that the replacment battery would be ordered and I can come Sunday morning to get it installed. I went on Sunday and Gerald assisted me. He told me that the battery delivery didn't come in. He called the other store and they advised him that the battery was not available even though their computer showed stock. I asked Gerald for alternative solutions. He found a comparable battery and installed it. I figured that I was going to have to pay something. Gerald told me that there is no charge at all! During my interaction with him, we chatted about sports and other things. He's a very friendly guy and I appreciate him looking out for me.

to o'reilly auto parts on rancho in las vegas. called o'reilly for windshield vipers on wednesday. they had to order them be there friday. i arrived friday morning 10 am. talked to loren. so professional courtesy and down to earth then a coworker put them on for me. definitely a 5 star experience. salute blessings always to the crew staff. thought mgt would like to know. my name is michael j doodakian and i approve this message. enjoy your weekend.

Ray was seriously my ray of sunshine tonight. He went above and beyond for me. And surpassed my expectations and made my whole experience worthwhile. He even help change my wiper blades for me!! Definitely will be coming back and recommending this location to my friends and family!

This store had a bit of a line the day that I stopped in because there was only one employee working the counter. He was able to find the number of the part that I needed, but unfortunately it wasn't in stock. The part could have been delivered to the store in about 2 hours if I wanted to return, but I chose to drive to a location that had what I needed in stock.
