likes to put defective and unusable products on clearance. went to pick up some Dot 4 and saw window cleaner on clearance. the moment it rang up, the cap came off and the nozzle was completely snapped off. I tell the guy to refund me cause this is completely unusable. so he looks at the receipt and goes "well, we both learned something today! you can't return clearance items". shouldn't even be on clearance if it's damaged to a point of uselessness. Hope the $4 was worth it. I used to go there every week for stuff for my 3 cars. guess i'm an Autozone guy now

I had a small issue with a windshield and a rep named Scott helped me out. He’s got years of experience and stories to share. Awesome guy, awesome service. O’Reilly knows how to hire! Thanks again, Scott!

Elijah went above and beyond, he is well educated and helped me with my tire at no cost, no hassle and he didn't question anything. he just helped me and I'm so thankful for him and he should get a raise along with the other amazing man here at O'Reilly. they are so knowledgeable!!!!

The best attribute to this store is it's proximity to an AutoZone and a Lowe's, so after spending a bunch of time standing around with the items you need to purchase you'll know what you want when you finally get fed up and leave to go to a business that actually wants your money

Every time I go to O'Reilly's I receive very good service, and Christopher kept it going. He helped me figure out what my issue was and he not only gave me a decent deal, he did the install for me, without judgment! Good job O'Reilly's on Washington and Buffalo, I will keep going back.

Worst customer service! Does this place not have a manger who can endure the employees are doing their job? Was hung up on after being on hold waiting for someone for 15 minutes. I asked if they can tell me if my battery needs professional installation or not, he says google it and hangs up on me. Very professional! I was trying to buy my battery there but didn’t even get that far.

justice is the best it's 119 outside and my battery is all the way dead. I have a warranty on my battery and the system didn't show it. None of the numbers I had on file showed the battery. I was ready to walk back home and say for get my car and he was like let me try this way and together we figured it out... I really appreciate him for it now we're back on the road
