I went into O'Reilly's on Decatur and Spring Mountain a gentleman by the name of David was my assistant he was amazing couldn't find the part I needed he went out of his way to find something else that would be sufficient to help me get my car moving on a scale of 1 to 10 he gets a 20 amazing service definitely went above and beyond it's so rare these days when people want to do any more than the actual title thank you David my baby 94 Buick is on the road

I walked in, bought an air filter and asked for a check engine light scan. I was told, "sure, just let me help this next customer first and then I'll be right with you." This would have been fine, except for the fact that he proceeded to make me wait for several customers, not just one and I was in a rush. After 2 more customers were helped, I asked if he'd be up for helping me now, and he said that since it is a free service I had to wait for the paying customers; mind you, I was a paying customer and very polite in my interaction. I will be returning my air filter and going to the AutoZone next door.
