The times that I have been there, the truth is that they have served me very well but one day ago a chubby lady served me, I was in line and when it was my turn I was going to put in the scanner and she told me that she had customers and that I should wait and they never served me and He told me in a bad way and he doesn't speak Spanish.

I had an excellent experience at O'reilly auto parts. This morning after going to a nearby auto parts store and having horrible customer service and charging me more than twice as much for the part. I went over to O'reilly. Not only was the part much cheaper, but the customer service was excellent. Alberto and Christopher went above and beyond in their customer service when it came to answering my questions and finding everything I needed. Thank you O'reilly auto parts for providing excellent employees and quality products at great prices. I'm looking forward to working with you guys in the future.

Of all the o'reillys I've been to, this is the worst of all. terrible customer service. the assistant manager "nessa" is terrible. slow, no desire to help.

One of the best customer service I have received in an auto parts store. Shout out to Frank for taking care of my family and I while we were stuck with a dead battery in 120* heat with no AC. Thank you Frank I won’t forget.
