I couldn't believe how nice and helpful the Manager of the store, I believe his name is Donald was for me yesterday! He went beyond on taking care of me and helping me on my purchase. I was trying to solve the problem of the catalytic converter without having to spend the cash of purchasing a new one. It's very rare to get assistance like that. It's my experience the employees will attempt to get or persuade someone to spend more instead of less for the same results. This gentleman is awesome. Luckily I live nearby because it's now my "go to" wherever I happen to be. Thanks a lot!!!!

Been having heart issues, so instead of buying the battery online I decided to spend $50 extra dollars to have the battery installed at O Reillys. Had to take out battery, had to figure out how the battery went in and then was told I had to buy a battery terminal cleaner if I want the terminal cleaned! All of this in the sun with my heart pounding out of my chest. The girl was sweet, but if they don’t know what they are doing don’t let them do it! Always used this location NEVER again! Now I have to go home and finish putting in the battery and out $50 I could have saved doing it myself anyway! ???

O'Reilly is the BEST! They are ALWAYS so knowledgeable and friendly unlike Auto Zone or other parts stores. They also recommend many mechanics to do the job. The parts are guaranteed under warranty. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This isn’t on the store but the Dm. I was transferred to this location from 2542 that was running on generator and a whole lot of issues. When I hired in at 2542 it was known about my disability, I’m legally blind, I get transferred to this other location and I informed the Dm about my disability I can not drive at night, I’m told I need a drs not by the dm and all the time I call out it will be counted against me. I said I have pto my drs apt is in a week I don’t want anyone or me or company vehicle hurt or damaged. I was told when I was hired in there is no record of my disability. Not like that is my fault. The people that hired me in. Is no longer there my Dm knew I have told him a number of times. Next step after failed attempts from our Dm us to get ADA involved. It was not my choice to transfer stores. I have been type 1 diabetic since the age of three. Do I have any rights or let that law take care of it?I have been told many time 2542 would have closed down if it wasn’t for me. I have gone way and beyond my job title as a driver, I was a key holder in this store, my time card will verify my start time of 6am.Look at my training!I’ve gotten Ben my very best and feel it’s being pulled away for other peoples advancement. I can’t advance for I’m allowed to make so much but yet I did 5 different jobs in this store. I’m just searching for answers. Please help
