Other than sales peeps trying to diagnose they need to stop giving advice as they charged me for parts I didn't need where it turns out that it was there faulty battery that caused an additional $300 to my bill and this fixed income every month I'm not going to have any funds to live on nor do I have funds now to make an emergency Trip to be with my Daughter as my son-in-law passed 2 days ago and this one way trip will cost $500 one way from Las Vegas

I need to share this. Charleston and Eastern. AUSTIN! You were so damn helpful! You need a raise, and or promotion!! I walked into autozone and pepboys, neither one even had a clue what I was talking about. I showed them pictures and they still didnt bring out the right part, the other said they dont sell it in vegas.. (guess they hire anyone these days) ?♀️?♀️... You sir!! Not only found the right part, by listening to me discribe it over the phone. You also screen shot me a picture so I can verify before driving down there!! Already had the part ready when I showed up, you were very helpful!! Thank you! Stay valuable my guy!!
