Highly unprofessional. I just left from there and I had called with time to see if they can notarize a letter I needed. She said she can type it for me and stamp it for $25 or I can bring the letter done and her stamp it for $10 I think. So whatever I go in and they are busy, I wait my turn and I'm telling her again why I'm there. She says oh yeah I spoke with you..did you bring the letter and I say no. So I'm prepared to pay the 25 because I didn't bring it. She then proceeded to tell me that for her to type me a letter I should've got an appointment, but she can get it ready for me in about 2 to 3 hours. I tell her that the letter that I need needs to be written and sign by me and her just notarize it since she saw me write it and sign it. She proceeds to tell me that she does not notarize letters that are hand written. I had went to this location because this is the same location my mother-in-law went to to get a hand written letter notarized. I tell her that it's odd that she doesn't do it no more and I tell her to give me a minute to call MIL and she says I used to do it but not anymore. Ok whatever I proceed to tell her ti do the typed letter and I'll come back later to pick it up. She hands me a paper and a pen and they tells me oh go and fill this out over there as I'm busy and people are waiting. Like whatttttt ??? I waited me turn and they can wait theres! I feel uncomfortable now as I can see she's all about the money. She never asked me how this letter should look like nothing. I doesn't take more than 5 min to make this letter! She just saw people waking in and thought about the money ! Unbelievable! I waisted my time waiting when she didn't have the decency to do the same.

The broad that runs it is a complete witch. My boyfriend said they were rude to him both times he was there, and she was definitely rude to me both times I've been there. My boyfriend said, I don't think she likes white people. I definitely got that vibe both times I was in there. Additionally, they are not mask compliant, which I personally don't care about, but don't be a hypocrite. When I walked in, neither had a mask on! If you're not going to wear one, then don't ORDER me to wear one. And I mean ORDER. Will never go there again, and if you don't want snotty, crappy service, don't go there either. Went to a competitor, it was cheaper, faster, and no ATTITUDE! She actually had the nerve to refuse service to me because she didn't like MY attitude. Well, if you're going to act like a NAZI, then expect the same kind of treatment to come your way. I don't know who she thinks she is, but she has ZERO customer service skills. Not sure how she stays in business that way.

I just moved to vegas and the DMV here is to complicated, plus you have to wait like 3 hours to get your plates done, I came to One Stop and there was not wait and the personal offers and amazing customer service, well recommended.
